This non-smoking apartment consists of dining area/kitchen with seating for 4, living area with a sofa which converts to a double bed, one bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, electric kettle and fridge/freezer. The living area has cable TV and internet access.
Travel cot can be provided, if requested in advance.
In the surrounding area you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bakery, doctors, pharmacy and laundry.
Small dogs are more than welcome and a dog park is within walking distance.
There are no additional charges - prices include bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, water, local representative, cable TV, internet and final cleaning.

I was looking for an apartment to rent for a long time, and when I viewed this one I knew I had to make it mine. With the whole house and apartment being 19th Century but freshly renovated, the quality and style matched my exacting standards. The high ceilings, stucco work, big windows and beautiful ornamentation, coupled with the modern elevator, heating and windows made this flat to one where I would like to stay in. And then being only 2 minutes away from the motorway, 2 stations from the City Airport Train Terminus, less than 10 minutes from the Centre of Vienna and being served with local shops, bars and cafes I knew this was a holiday apartment which I could be proud to offer.
The apartment was nice, it is very conveniently located and, very clean and well equipped.

A very tasteful, quiet flat with good local amenities and excellent access to the U-bahn, just a few stations from the famous Vienna Old City.
Owner and Maintainer very friendly and accommodating, we were very pleased with our choice! Free WLan worked without any problems, and the 24 hour shop around the corner, meant shopping out of hours and on Sunday ( problem during our last visit) was easy
The apartment was ideal for three of us. We stayed only three nights but it would be also very comfortable for a longer stay. Clean, very quiet and perfectly located, close to a metro station. Actually, Belvedere was in a walking distance for us. Everything worked perfectly, including wifi. We especially enjoyed the silence - no traffic noise or other annoying sounds. I had a very good contact with the owner and the manager. And finally, a very good price/quality ratio. Definitely, I would like to stay here again if I'm in Vienna.
We have been in Vienna for 6 nights in December and stayed in that comfortable apartment. Apartment was very clean, spacious and luminous. Just 5 minutes walk to the subway and easy access to the city center. We had our breakfasts at the apartment with freshly baked croissants, pretzels and breads bought from the bakery very close to the apartment. I recommend that apartment for those who are looking for a vacation rental in Vienna.
This apartment is perfect for me.I spent there 3 weeks and it was very good time.Is very close to the city center , just a few minutes by subway, but also discrit is very quiet and green.The owner is very nice and also helpful in every situation.I can tell just nice things about this place and give 5 points.I will be back there always when i will be in Vienna.

This well-equipped, furnished accommodation is in the 3rd district, only 5 minutes by underground away from the centre of Vienna (Stephansplatz). The neighborhood offers good facilities and connections, with underground station (line U3 - Kardinal Nagl Platz), restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bakery, doctors, pharmacy and a dog area.
Within close walking distance you can reach the famous Viennese recreation area 'Prater', with its' amusement park, bicycle tracks, horse riding possibilities, driving range and much more.
