Penthouse apartment 'very well equipped' very well located.

It consists of 2 rooms with 4 fully equipped beds (sheets, blankets etc). A living room with a sofa bed (2 people), a folding bed (plegatin), a table and chairs, LCD TV, wifi etc, a kitchen equipped with everything (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, neespresso coffee machine, sandwich maker, juicer, toaster, teapot, dishes, blender, cutlery and glassware). Full bathroom with bath, normal towels and beach towels, gel, shampoo, hair dryer.

A large balcony overlooking the pool and the sea equipped and furnished with furniture and a direct and private access to a large terrace-solarium (private) superior of more than 60 meters with great panoramic views of the sea and the Costa Brava; fully equipped with: sun beds, umbrella, table, chairs and plants. (a luxury for dining watching the stars).

The apartment is located in a complex called Sabanell Park, complex located on the seafront and just opposite the Sabanell promenade.

The complex has a large tropical garden, with a large pool, community Jacuzzi, children's playground and direct access to the beach.

The complex is located in (los pinos), very quiet neighborhood but with all services (clubs, bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies).

Very close to the bus station, located about 900 meters from the city center where there are many shops, restaurants, fishing port, daily market etc.

Very close to Blanes we also have, Malgrat de Mar, Pineda de Mar, Calella, Lloret de Mar, Tossa de Mar etc.

The floor is not conditioned especially for the disabled, but the entire complex has ramps, lifts etc for them, so if you can live in the apartment with handicap. The apartment is suitable for 4 persons (high) for more than 4 people and starts has to be a fair bit. more than 4 people, extra beds !!

It is a nice property on a great location.

The owner is a nice guy. We stayed for 14 days on this perfect location. The appartment is clean. It is a pitty that there is no parking that belongs to the apartment. Near the rock in the old town are three great restaurants with a nice vieuw. I would reccomand this property.

Très belles vacances

L appartement est très bien et bien équipé. La vue est imprenable sur la mer et la piscine. ....un bonheur.

Il y a ce qu' il faut à proximité pour se nourrir et se balader. Xavier est très disponible et réactif si besoin.

Je recommande cette location allez y sans problèmes.

Schöne entspannte Tage

Das Appartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wlan Funktioniert gut. Sehr netter Vermieter der auch sofort auf Probleme reagiert. Klimatisierung ist sehr gut. TV ist vorhanden leider nur Landessprache. Aber wer kommt hier her um Fern zu sehen. Wegen der Betten gibt es von uns nur 4 Sterne. Ansonsten vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.

Für Familien sei gesagt, Schüsseln für Salat etc. Nicht vergessen.

Prachtig gelegen aan het strand met groot zwembad voor de bewoners

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door eigenaar Xavier. Wel een veel te gehaaste rondleiding zonder uitleg van apparaten (oven, afwasmachine etc.). Helaas geen enkele prullenbak, dus hele vakantie vuilniszak los op de grond. Heerlijk koel door goede airco. Complete keuken, badkamer, groot balkon en nog een dakterras (foto op website komt niet overeen, stond geen tafel > werd gebracht op verzoek, 4 kleine plastic stoeltjes, parasol lag plat door eeuwige wind op het dak). Hebben hier niet gezeten, maar ideaal om de was op te hangen (rek aanwezig). Sommige items op de website zijn er niet (PC, grill/BBQ, CD/radio installatie bijvoorbeeld) Eigenaar reageerde snel op vragen en verzoeken en loste e.e.a. vlot op. Zeker aan te raden met max. 2 kinderen.

Very nice penthouse with a beautiful view. What we were missing was better kitchen ware and that the beds were a bit on the hard side. That aside, Xavier was a great host and we'd love to come again!

Attic floor well equipped, located in front of the sea, with great views of the bay. Located in quiet area (pine) but very well connected and very close to the city center. Sandy beaches, rocky coves and very discreet, very important botanical gardens, water parks, nightclubs nearby area, hiking trails, close to Barcelona and Girona.
