Stunning spacious 3 bedroom Barn conversion set in wonderful setting.

Beautiful ancient Oak beams, vaulted ceilings, the cosy warmth of log wood burning stove and underfloor heating! Set in an idyllic peaceful location with lots of outdoor space and beautiful views its the perfect place to unwind!

Beautifully decorated and finished to very high standard.

You can be with us in under and hour from London and in the middle of the Surrey Hills an area of outstanding natural Beauty.

Offering all creature comforts including WiFi and under floor heating and with over 130sm floor area all on one level in total there is lots of room to relax. A large main living area with huge vaulted oak ceiling has 3m wide French patio doors onto sunny patio with wonderful views across the fields. Deer often wander into view as do the occasional cheeky fox!

Enjoy fresh coffee at the Oak breakfast bar and enjoy the view. Or if you like to cook the kitchen is well stocked and includes black granite tops, flush hob, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Take the hassle out of your stay and preorder your food shopping with us so it can be here waiting for you.

Enjoy dinner at the oak dining table or relax in the spacious lounge area with a very cosy Wood burning stove, plenty of logs and 50' flat screen TV with Sky HD, and two large very comfortable sofas! Or its a ten minute walk to the nearest country pub offering good food and cosy fires!

Two others a ten minute drive away.

Three generous and very light sunny bedrooms that include 2 doubles with french double doors and beautiful views over the meadows and a very large twin/tripple. The bathroom/wet room also with vaulted ceiling and a wonderfully powerful shower and endless supply of hot water! Underfloor heating means no cold toes!

The barn has a generous private sunny patio looking directly over the fields and is equipped with teak table, chairs, large trampoline and barbecue as well as a hammock and you also have use of a very private and secluded walled garden. Ideal for couples, families or friends.

Set in the middle of 40 acres of private land surrounded by fields and woodland the Barn sits near the Farm House and offers seclusion and privacy with views over the fields.

You can walk, cycle or ride for miles, you have hundreds of paths, tracks and bridleways on your doorstep with Holmbury Hill.Pitch Hill, Leith Hill, Box Hill to name but a few. For those who want to stay put depending on the time of year you can either curl up with book in front of the cosy fire or find a sun trap and relax in the victorian walled garden for hours on end.

Visit the lovely villages of Shere and Peaslake with country pubs and cosy tea rooms or Ewhurst where you could enjoy watching a Polo match at Hurtwood Park Polo and Country Club. The historic town of Guildford is just 20 minutes away as is Dorking with its many attractions.

Or you could be on the stunning beaches at West Whittering or shopping in charming Brighton under an hour.

Well-equipped, roomy, clean and very comfortable. Ideal location as an HQ for our daughter's wedding. Charming and helpful host in Kay. Recommend the barn highly.

We had a fun stay

We had a great time. Lovely setting down small winding roads. Easy to miss the entrance though. We really enjoyed walking in all the National Trust properties and the Sculpture Garden was fantastic and only 5 miles away..

Everything we needed. Kay was there to meet us and Milly the dog too 😊. Beautiful grounds with retired race horses just outside. Friendly pubs nearby after a day st Epsom Races. Would definitely return.

Fantastic barn, ideal for family time and beautiful walks

The barn was cosy and clean, beds were comfortable and the garden beautiful. Kay was very helpful, even dashing over with batteries for the dvd remote one day. We try not to watch tv when we do a family break but with a couple of wet days it was quite nice to relax after a wet dog walk and watch a dvd, plus my husband and father in law were over the moon with the sports sky package meaning they could watch the football.

There’s a spare fridge in the adjacent utility area so there was no problem ordering a big shop and keeping everything fresh. Local pubs were great and the walking, running and mountain biking in the area was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Great place in a beautiful location. Friendly welcome by Kay.

The barn is well equipped and comfortable although we found some aspects of the kitchen area a little frustrating. (The oven seemed unpredictable!) Kay responds very quickly to any queries. We could have done with oven gloves but didn't think to ask for some. I'm sure Kay would have provided them if I had asked her. It was bitterly cold outside from our second day there but the underfloor heating is perfect and we never needed to light the wood burner. We loved watching birds and young deer in the adjacent field from the dining area.

The countryside and walking routes in the area are brilliant and easy to reach. It would be a perfect place to stay in the summer. We still walked out in the face of oncoming snow and were so pleased to get back to the lovely warm barn. The barn decor is homely and welcoming, not pristine, so it felt comfortable to take the dog into.
