Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet complex at 100m from the beach.

The apartment is 85 m2 in size and can accommodate 4 persons. Pets are not allowed.

Great location on second floor with living / sitting room, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double and one with two single beds), 1 bathroom with a hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen and sunny south west facing balcony with partial sea and beach in a peaceful environment.

The living room has a 3-seater sofa with armchair, cozy dining area for 4 people. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The kitchen comes complete with a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The complex has a sunny garden with two swimming pools for adults and for children. A parking space is available underneath the building.

This apartment is perfect for your summer holidays and for those cold winter like to swap for a sunny winter on the Costa del Sol. We have special winter rates for stays of two months or longer.

The living room has a 32 "LCD TV with satellite reception of international channels such as the Netherlands, England, Ireland, Germany, France and Eastern Empire. A DVD player and radio / CD player in the living room.

WiFi broadband internet access is included in the rent.

A folding baby bed is available for 10 Euros per week.

The apartment has central air conditioning and heating.

You will be picked up free at Malaga Airport by the owner or his representation and immediately brought to your home. The owner lives in Torremolinos and is always available to answer your questions.

Excellent, well maintained apartment with caring o

Excellent apartment. Conveniently situated in quiet location with pleasant views. One of the best apartments we've stayed with every amenity you could wish for. The owners Harm and Argelia were so helpful and made sure that our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. We've already booked for next year.

Comfortable and Bright Apartment

We have just returned from this apartment. The weather was dreadful so we were very grateful to have a lovely place to return to after being out in the rain and cold. The apartment is cosy, English television and WiFi which is always a bonus It has all the amenities you need, washing machine, big fridge for your vino and goodies! . We will be returning in June and look forward to a 'sunny' week. Thanks Harm and Argelia

Exactly like the photograhps

My daughter and I have just returned from a week at this apartment. Harm picked us up at the airport and showed us around. It is a beautiful apartment and has everything you would want. The WiFi was a bonus!! It is extremely clean and well maintained. We had one small issue and Harm was there immediately. We will book again if we can get in!!!

Well what can I say all the other reviews are accurate very well pleased with this apartment I was there with my mother inlaw who is 79 and has some walking difficulties but she did not find any problem with the apartment or location it was as described in the advert spotlessly clean which is a must for us and everything you can think of that you would need on holiday You are near a small supermarket and great wee bakery also near eating places and bars that are not too noisey we hope to be back in the futre Thanks again Harrie and Argelia for renting out your lovely apartment Ann & Dina Lapsley

Perfect Apartment, Amazing Location

I booked this apartment for a 3 week stay - from which I have just returned. Having never booked a private letting outside of the UK before, I have to admit, I was a little apprehensive and unsure of what to expect - my apprehension, however, was unfounded. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, so well equipped with all the things you would expect but also with things you would have never dreamed would have be provided - beach towels, sun screen, shopping bags, after sun. It really was amazing. Unlike some owners who charge you for air con separately, the air con here was included in the, already, very reasonable price -and what brilliant air con it was! Harrie and Argelia were perfect owners - very helpful and thoughtful if we needed them, but otherwise just left us alone without interference. The communal areas of the complex (including the pool) are so well maintained and very, very clean. The location is perfect. Being British, I am not so good with metres but I still have to dispute Harrie's "100 metres from the beach claim" - it can't be much more than 50! The supermarket and pharmacy are just around corner and there are lots of restaurants, cafes and quiet bars nearby (not noisy at all). The town square is also just 3 mins walk away. I can't stress fully enough how wonderful this place is - so much so I had booked for next year before I even left this year.

Lovely apartment in good location

My family (2 adults and two boys, ages 9 and 5) stayed in this apartment for two weeks. We had a wonderful holiday, the apartment was lovely and so well equipped. We really appreciated having all the conveniences of home, the TV and wireless were great to have especially during the siesta times. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and the complex pool, though compact, is usually quiet, we had it to ourselves on many occasions. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and Aqualand, Crocodile Park, Tivoli World and Sea-life are all short taxi rides away, so we found the area to be ideal for children. Harm and Argelia are lovely, we'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

This property is located on the 2nd floor of a small apartment complex (lift) complete with two swimming pools for children and adults, in a quiet area yet only 100m from La Carihuela beach. This location is ideal for your summer vacation, but also to enjoy the sunny winter in the sunny Costa del Sol. Access to the property is suitable for wheelchairs.

Private car parking is available underneath the building.

Supermarket, other shops, bars and restaurants just minutes away. The center of Torremolinos train station is a 15 minute walk away, and the popular Puerto Marina Benalmadena is a 15 minute walk through the lively promenade. Torremolinos and Benalmadena have many activities for young and old, such as Aqualand, Selwo Marina, a Dolphinarium, a Crocodile Park, Tivoli Gardens, cable car etc. Also, there are bullfights and flamenco shows, mainly in the summer months. Malaga is easily within half an hour away by train or bus with many cultural activities and museums. Day trips by bus and guide can be booked to nearby cities such as Granada, Seville, the famous Nerja caves, and also to Gibraltar to Tangier in Morocco. The Parador golf course is 5km away, both also Plaza Mayor shopping mall.

And of course the cozy beach of La Carihuela is 1 minute walk from your apartment.

Malaga Airport is 10km away, and then you will be picked up free of charge by the owner and brought directly to your home.
