This attractive country house—fully equipped with all modern facilities—stands in 3500 m2 of wooded surroundings—that's half the size of a football pitch! In the heart of Nature, you will delight in magnificent views of the nearby valleys—Valle de Lecrin and Valle de la Alegría, a favorite retreat of Boabdil, the last Moorish king of Granada, and the breathtaking panorams of the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Sleeps 10-12, with 4 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with a single bed, and 1 with three single beds. A travel cot is also available at no extra charge. Two bathrooms: on the ground floor a fully adapted shower and on the first floor the main bathroom. Underfloor heating with a splendid fireplace in the living room.

Outside, you can enjoy the use of a private swimming pool—safely off-limits to children—a barbecue and a playground with swings, which fully comply to safety standards, and table-tennis.

During the summer, you can delight in the produce of a small vegetable garden filled with tomatoes, cucumber, courgettes, egg-plants… The house had been fully adapted to make it accessible for disabled visitors. Pets are welcome! Car parking is available on the grounds.

The house is only 15 minute from the city of Granada, 25 minutes from the Alhambra, 45 minutes from the Sierra Nevada mountains and 25 minutes from the Costa Tropical.
