Absolutely stunning villa in a brilliant location. Only ten mins from Disney and about 20 to Universal. Walmart, Publix and restaurants all close by. Clubhouse and pool were also lovely and had a couple of days there. My only criticism would be the entry thru the Hayes when they closed. We were given a piece of paper with a barcode on but this never worked and had to ring for assistance every time. Need a better system to gain access. Would highly recommend and will definitely return
Good! Just a few issues.
They Home was exactly as pictured. However, there are a few concerns. When we arrived at 4pm the cleaning staff were still inside so we had to wait about 15 minutes. Upon entering we found that there had not been a thorough cleaning (mainly in the kitchen and living room). The microwave was not clean at all. In the living room area there were chips on the carpet and under the sofa which contributed to the ant problem. The ant issue was mainly in the kitchen, living/dining room and one of the bathrooms upstairs (make sure you store your food tens in airtight containers or ziplock baggies). In addition, there was a leak/constant drip from the shower in one of the first floor bathrooms. When we arrived on Sunday we noticed the drip. I called maintenance on Monday afternoon to report the problem. I was told it would be addressed within 24 hours. By Tuesday afternoon the problem was still occurring. I called maintenance again and was told there was an order put in for repair. When we left the following Saturday the issue had not been resolved and no communication from maintenance was received. We decided not to use that particular bathroom because of the leak.
If these issues and a few minor issues with communication from Execuvilla are addressed I wouldn’t mind staying at this property again.
This house made my vacation even better then I planned.
This house was amazing. It’s bigger then I imagine in person, and just beautiful. The location of the house is near everything, so traveling wasn’t difficult.

The house was great and accommodated a family of 9 (6 adults & 3 kids) with a room to spare. Will definitely rent here again.
Super séjour! On a adoré l’endroit! Spacieux. On était 10 et c’était parfait.
** Par contre, ca aurait été bien qu’on ai plus d’information sur les heures de la barrière. En fait qu’on nous avise que nous devions passez à l’enregistrement pour avoir un code a barre...( qui fonctionne vraiment mal) pour ouvrir la barrière!
Modern amenities and great location
We loved this house! We split it between 3 families which made the cost extremely reasonable. The location was great for Disney, easy on and off with no tolls to get there. Wal-Mart and Publix both very close and easily accessible. The house was very nicely set up and worked perfectly for us. The gates to get into the development were HORRENDOUS if you caught them when they were closed. We never did figure out what time they closed at because it was earlier on one night than we expected. When we arrived, we had to get the barcode scanner for the gate which was at the main entrance, which would have been helpful to know in advance. What would be even better is if we had the gate barcode emailed to us prior to arrival! When you get in at 10pm with 2 little kids, the last thing you want to do is wait in a LONG line of cars who all apparently needed barcodes as well. That was really our only complaint and I don't feel like it's the owner's fault. However, I wonder if there is a better way to make that whole process more smooth.
