We've travelled the world experiencing some amazing sights and cultural experiences. We hope to share all our city has to offer with those that stay with us. After all, Ontario's motto is 'Yours to Discover!'

This is a newly renovated self-contained one bedroom apartment with a private separate entrance. The double bed sleeps 2 and there is also a pull out couch that sleeps 2. Guests have private access to a separate entrance. We can accommodate a late arrival and parking can be arranged on our property if needed. This is a pet and smoke free accommodation.

The apartment has a full kitchen with an induction cook top, wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker with kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes.

The TV has access to cable and the apartment has access to free WiFi.

The apartment has a laundry closet with both a washer and dryer along with an ironing board and iron. We respect your privacy, at the same time we live upstairs and are only a phone call, text message, email or a few steps away if you need anything.

We have lived in the neighbourhood for years and can provide recommendations for just about anything. Leslieville is an evolving neighbourhood. Once primarily blue collar, it is home to film studios, lots of artists and great folks. We are a 5 minute walk to bus stops or 2 street car lines which both head downtown or eastbound to The Beach neighbourhood.

We've been fortunate to travel a great deal over the years for work and vacation. We know what we expect when we stay somewhere and that has given us the ability to ensure our guests get the same high standards we have when we travel.

The unit is less than 1 year old, after a 2 year full house renovation complete with all new appliances and a separate entrance. We live above, so we are available to help plan day trips, point you in the right direction for an unforgettable meal and our binder gives lots of local hints on where to shop for groceries and what to see.

We have a private parking space which you can ask to have during your stay if driving or you wish to rent a car.

Pleasant, comfortable week with friendly, helpful hosts!

I had a fantastic time staying at Ian and Rob's place. The apartment was lovely and well-furnished, and they were very quick to respond to questions or concerns. This was my first time in Toronto, and my first solo international trip, so it was great to have such a nice place to come back to at the end of each day. Close to several bus and street car stops, as well as a short walk from a grocery store. A great place that I would highly recommend for first-time (and repeat) visitors!

The apartment is private and quiet. It is easy to get to the city centre by public transport. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in the apartment. Ian is very helpful and accommodating.

Great first time VRBO experience!!

We stayed in this VRBO from Dec. 22 to Dec. 30. The owners (Ian and Rob) were very accommodating and when we experienced a minor issue with one of the large appliances, we got a quick response, and the problem was rectified within minutes. We needed an earlier check-in time and later check-out time and our schedule was accommodated for that as well (which we greatly appreciated).

We will definitely stay again during future visits and will recommend this property to all our friends that may have the opportunity to visit Toronto in the future.

Great first experience using HomeAway!

My husband and I had no clue how this stay would go since we are new to using HomeAway. As my husband said: "you would be stupid if you stayed at a hotel instead of staying at Ian and Rob's place." It was so nice coming back to the apartment after a long day sightseeing in Toronto. The bed and couch are equally comfy. The kitchen is so easy to use and the bathroom is amazing. My husband and I had a wonderful time and Rob and Ian were always there if we needed something or had questions. I would definitely stay there again.
