This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of The Summit within the exclusive Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort and sleeps comfortably up to 10 people. It offers 2 king size bedrooms, both having their own full baths, 2 queen size beds, an additional full bath with a garden tub and a pull out sofa bed. It also includes a kitchen, dining area, living room and 2 outdoor tables, seating a total of 8. The studio is inclusive with the 2 queen beds previously mentioned, a refrigerator, a microwave, and the bathroom, with the garden tub. Both the studio and the 2 bedroom unit have outside access just steps away from the swimming pool, BBQ area, and the hot tub with the beach and an additional pool and concession area being a brief (maybe 5 minute) walk away. And if walking isn't your thing, this wonderful condo also offers a free tram service as well. This unit can be rented as a Studio with 1 room that sleeps 4, 2 bedroom that sleeps 6, or 3 bedroom that sleeps 10. Check in time will be after 4pm and check out 10am.

Won’t be back.

Owner was nice, but the property is old and hot. A/c wasn’t working properly so it was hot and no one could sleep, the a/c guy told us it was 30 years old and it should of been replaced by now. A/c was causing a leak and we had to keep sweeping plaster off the floor from it falling on us. Toilet was wiggling and wasn’t bolted down. Electrical outlets were falling out or didn’t work and are not run properly in the one bed room. The a/c guy showed up on the second to last day and we showed him the problems and he just shook his head at how bad the stuff was. Refrigerator didn’t work when we first arrived and we were not aware til hours later and had to throw away $40 in food and we’re not offered compensation. When we go to the beach. The staff was rude and pushing people to different parts of the beach with security, ( we weren’t the only one) people were upset. I have stayed at Tospl 3 times now and have never had such a bad experience with the room and beach service. We will be looking for another resort new year.

Beach Retreat

Great stay at Topsil. It’s close to everything but far enough away from busy downtown. The place was lovely the only drawback is that one of the bedrooms is next to the elevator and carts. If you are a light sleeper it’s rough but the place is lovely.

Wow! What a great place for a great time!

What an amazing condo!!! We were so lucky to have this place. It is only 20 feet away from the pool gate! It is literally the closest unit in the entire resort to a pool. Wow. The condo itself was very nice also. Beds were so comfy. I give this place an A+++
