Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern schon zum zweiten Mal in diesen Ferienhäusern in Urlaub. Uns gefällt die ruhige Lage in mitten eines Wohngebiets, das recht neue Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung und der kurze Weg zum Meer, das besonders für Kinder toll zum Baden geeignet ist.

Wenn es mal Probleme gibt, kümmert sich der Vermieter sofort.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, auch der zugehörige Autoverleih lief sehr professionell, schnell und einfach.

Casa perfetta, vacanza perfetta

La casa è esattamente come descritta, con tutte le comodità necessarie per una bellissima vacanza in famiglia. Tutto è nuovissimo. La spiaggia è molto bella ed è a due passi. L'accoglienza è ottima, la persona che ti riceve è sempre disponibile. Decisamente da raccomandare!

Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und da das Haus ja auch ganz neu ist, in einwandfreiem Zustand. Für die gute Lage und die gute Ausstattung sehr preiswert. Alles ist vorhanden, die Betten standen bezogen bereit, sogar ein toller Gasgrill ist da. Sehr sauber. Die Lage ist einmalig schön im Villengebiet und der Strand an dieser Stelle einfach karibisch schön und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und stand mit Rat und Tat beiseite. Die einzige Anmerkung, die ich noch hätte wäre, dass ein Zimmer mit Doppelstockbetten ausgestattet ist, was bei uns passte, da wir zwei Kinder dabeihatten, aber bei 8 Erwachsenen wäre das eventuell ein Problem. Ein Auto zum Einkaufen ist zwar nicht unbedingt nötig, da es auch kleinere Supermärkte in Laufnähe gibt, aber da diese ziehmlich teuer sind ist ein Auto schon empfehlenswert. Ansonsten alles tipitopi und es gibt von uns eine absolut uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für dieses Haus, wenn man einen absolut entspannten Familienurlaub sucht. Partygänger sind hier allerdings falsch.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist ein Neubau und liegt in einem wunderschönen Villenviertel. Es besteht aus drei Ebenen inklusive Garage. Auf jedem Stockwerk gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Terasse ist ideal zum lesen oder um abends einen Rotwein zu trinken und der Garten groß genug zum spielen für die Kinder. Es gibt einen Gasgrill, den man jederzeit anwerfen kann. Das Haus ist sauber und es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Der kurze Weg zum Sandstrand ist mit Bäumen gesäumt. Das Wasser glasklar. Hier hat einfach alles (inklusive dem netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter) gestimmt!

Haus an super Lage!

Das Haus liegt an einer wunderbaren Lage. Das Meer ist dort karibisch schön, auch hat es nicht viele Touristen wie an den Stränden weiter vorne und hinten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es sollte jedoch erwähnt werden, dass ein Doppelzimmer und das Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett für Kinder im Keller liegen. Es hat dort zwar Fenster aber für Personen mit Platzangst ist es nicht geeignet. Wir haben uns alle paar Tage eine Putzfrau geleistet und die war einfach TOP. Herzlichen Dank an Adriana!

This residential zone is situated in a wide fine sand beach more than 11 km long inside the Natural Parc of S'Albufera, UNESCO World Heritage Site, is to explore well by bike or on foot . The beach drops off very flat, so for families with (small) children are particularly suitable. The infrastructure is in line Standard: supermarkets, restaurants, buses are Mallorcas/Palma- in all regions is just minutes away on foot. Alcudia, with its historical core and the Roman Amphitheatre is easily reached by shuttle bus weekly market worth seeing! Car rentals are plentiful on the ground! The house is pines rounded is at 50 m of the sea and has a direct access to the beach. Near Aucanada Golf (Top ten in Europe: Robert Trend Jones) . Medical attention 100 m. Sourronded by the best 5 stars hotels in Mallorca: Palace de Muro, Grupotel Parc Natural, Iberostar, Esperanza.

Golf: Alcanada golf: This Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed 18-hole golf course opened in 2003. Situated in the northern part of the Mediterranean island of Mallorca, Alcanada is located right by the sea. The 6.499 meter long course blends naturally into the typical Mallorcan terrain. The name giving island with its lighthouse, just off the shore, can be seen from most of the holes. Apart from the splendid sea view, the players are surrounded by pine and olive groves. Even though a young course, Alcanada is already recognized by a number of well known golf magazines and golf guides as one of the finest courses in Spain and Europe.
