Beachfront Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + 2 Queen sleeper sofas, 3.5 Baths - Sleeps 6-1

This beautiful, pet-friendly townhouse is situated directly on the white-sand beaches of the emerald coast. It can be rented to suit your needs, as two units or one. Java House (A) sleeps up to six VRBO # 1135152 and Cappucino (B) VRBO # 1135552 sleeps up to four. Each individual unit has its own full kitchen, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and decks overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Recent remodeling of our beach homes includes new bath vanities with granite counters and marble sinks. The kitchens have been completely redone with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. Sit back and relax out on the spacious decks on the PVC furniture with sunbrella cushions. YES, WE HAVE HIGHSPEED WIRELESS INTERNET AVAILABLE......TAKE THE COMPUTER TO THE BEACH!!

Unit A - Java House - is a 2BR/2.5BA and is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the townhouse. The main living area is on the 2nd floor and has a living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining, kitchen, half bath and a nice deck off the living room overlooking the beach. The 3rd floor has 2 king bedrooms (1 is the master suite with full bath and a deck overlooking the beach) there is also a full bath in the hall on this level. The master bedroom and living room both have huge wall-to-wall sliding glass doors which open onto large balconies overlooking the beach and are perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The view is truly breathtaking! We have decorated the unit with unique furnishings from our travels to Bali, Indonesia.

Unit B - Cappucino - has also been renovated and is located on the 1st floor of our three level townhouse. There is a Queen bedroom, kitchen, full bath, living room with fold out Queen sleeper sofa, and a nice deck overlooking the beach.

Both units have a private front door in front of the parking just off of Scenic Gulf Highway (Old Highway 98). The units also connect inside with an interior double locking door.

The private beach is accessible from both units. Just step off the lower deck and you are on your own private beach.

There are several good restaurants right within walking distance from the beach. Destin also offers many world-class golf courses, plenty of fishing and boating activities, nightlife, shopping and so much more.

We only allow the units to be split during late Spring, Fall and Winter. We only rent the full townhome during most of Spring and all of the Summer. We own 2 nearly identical beachfront townhomes side by side in the same complex. You can rent either unit 7 or unit (also on VRBO #21130). During Spring, Summer and the prime weeks of Fall we only rent from Saturday to Saturday. Please request booking dates from Saturday to Saturday.

With advanced planning for group events such as: weddings, family reunions, or business meetings, we can accommodate up to 20 people if you book unit 6 and 7 since they are located right next door to each other.

We only rent to guests 25 and over.

About Renee Bonds Finn

We are a family of 3. My wife Renee grew up in the area and enjoyed the Destin beaches as a child. I was stationed here in the early 90's being a Special Ops Helicopter pilot. I met my wife during that time and had already purchased unit 6 and we later bought unit 7 as well. I was the first owner to create a living space in the bottom level and to split the townhome into 2 units. I was deployed a lot so I rented the top 2 floors and lived in the bottom. I really enjoyed having the beach right outside my back door. We have been renting the property out since we purchased them and have done many renovations and updates over the years. We travel the world with our 8 year old daughter Brielle but still haven’t found any beaches as nice as Destin.

This property was just a perfect fit and a great location. I really wanted to be right on the beach, especially for the spectacular views and direct beach access. I didn’t want to have to walk across the street. We also think it’s perfect that we have the option of splitting the townhome into 2 units. We love the layout and the decks and being able to step onto the sand from our own deck. It truly is paradise here and the views honestly don’t get much better. We also own a nearly identical townhome with similar furnishings located right next door to this one. It is Sand Dollar # 6 (VRBO #21130)

What makes this townhome unique

While staying at our Balinese inspired townhomes, you will enjoy a refreshing change from the standard 'flower print' furniture that, for some reason, is still popular with many property owners here. We are located directly on the gulf with the beach just off the back deck. We also have complementary high speed wireless internet so you can relax on the decks overlooking the beach while still keeping up with work and friends. We are constantly upgrading our property and take to heart any input that our customers have to offer. Being local, we stay on top of repairs and other issues that could interfere with your vacation. We travel a lot and try to bring home ideas that we see in hotels that we visit. Lastly, we own two townhomes side by side that are virtually identical so we can easily accommodate large parties. We think that you will enjoy our homes as much as we do. Call us anytime.

Our townhomes are sitting on the prettiest powder white beaches that I have ever seen. We are close to one of the best outlet malls in the South East. Enjoy amazing sunsets, incredible beach views and dolphin watching from the back decks. We are in a good location convenient to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, golf, fishing, family friendly activities and so much more. I honestly don't think you can beat this area for couples and families.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We rented both A&B and we were very pleased with both of them. The units were very clean and well maintained. The owner and manager were very responsive to questions and the amenities were great. I loved the fact that both units had a Keurig. The location is excellent and close to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend booking this unit for vacation. This is by far one of my favorite places.

Paradise without the international travel

I have traveled all over the world and have not enjoyed any other vacation spot more than one. Destin beaches are some of the most beautiful anywhere.

The townhouse is reminiscent of my stay in Bali, Indonesia. All the furnishings are and art work are genuine imports from Bali. All living areas are large, clean and beautifully decorated. The surrounding area is loaded with things to do for the whole family. There are plenty of good restaurants and even a Outlet Mall close by for rainy days when you can't get to the beach. The property is so close to the beach that you walk out the back door and put your toes in the sand. Outside there are plenty of chairs for your enjoyment and even a grill for cooking. Totally enjoyed the stay and will be returning often.

Breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from this beachfront beautiful condo .

This condo offers beautifully decorated rooms on the beach. It was very convenient to shopping, close to Outlet Mall and the upscale shops of Destin Commons. The white sandy beach is just steps away. Also lots of restaurants to chose from. It was by far the most relaxing vacation we have had . The condo is updated, has a washer and dryer and full kitchen.The views from the balconies, in living room and master bedroom, are amazing , white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. We also saw dolphins swims by. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone who would like a beautifully appointed condo, on the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

The perfect beachfront vacation.

This town house is amazing. Pictures don't do it justice on how close to the beach it is. You're literally standing in the sand once you head out. It's close enough that you can see it from where your beach chairs are easy! The inside is updated & has everything anyone could possibly need. There is plenty of room for 2 or 3 families to get together & not over crowd. The views from the balcony's and second floor living room are breath taking. The bedrooms are huge & have nice updated big bathrooms. It's nice when you feel as comfortable like in your own home. The one thing that's convenient is having the washer & dryer. We wash clothes everyday & we go home with everything already cleaned. My nieces have come on this trip with us since they were 3 years old & it's perfect. They are now 8&10 & they know exactly what to expect when we arrive. I love to shop & we're really close to the outlet & several local restaurants. We've walked up & down scenic 98 and it's beautiful. I'd recommend this property for anyone wanting to feel comfy & cozy like in their own home, anyone who wants to be as close to the beach as possible bc there isn't anything better than this, families with young children bc it's easier than dealing with a high rise. I've also been on a girls trip and stayed here. Perfect for that too!! Full kitchen and everything. We look forward to coming here every year. We've been in June, July, & August & the weather is amazing every time we've been!

Our townhomes are sitting on the prettiest powder white beaches that I have ever seen. We are close to one of the best outlet malls in the South East. Enjoy amazing sunsets, incredible beach views and dolphin watching from the back decks. We are in a good location convenient to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, golf, fishing, family friendly activities and so much more. I honestly don't think you can beat this area for couples and families.
