Our wonderful apartment is situated in Domaine Juan Flore, a gated community as security is paramount .We have a large communal pool. There is a fantastic slide for kids and adults alike and also baby pool too.

The apartment consists of a large, bright spacious lounge, English and French TV, DVD player, Free SAT, Radio & IPod docking station and Wi-Fi. We also have a large collection of DVDs, books and boardgames. There is 1 very comfortable sofa bed. We have an indoor dining table with 4 chairs. Our kitchen has a breakfast bar (seats 3) which opens into the lounge area. It is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and juicer. Both the kitchen and lounge have patio doors opening onto the terrace and decking area (south facing).

There is a double bedroom with spacious fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto the terrace/garden. There is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds , spacious fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto the terrace/garden.

We have a bathroom and separate WC.

There is a dining table which seats 8 on the south facing terrace, along with 2 sun loungers and an electric BBQ. We also have comfortable rattan seating on the terrace outside of the bedrooms.

Supermarket - Le Clerc is approx 400m away. It is a decent sized supermarket and well stocked. They even do home deliveries! This is where you will buy your hot baguettes and croissants in the morning.

Bars and Restaurants - there are many located in the square where Leclerc is situated. Go to Sun City for fabulous pizzas at a relatively cheap price or Cote Jardin for more expensive menu with wonderful views over the park and bay. McDonalds is situated just outside of the square.

There are countless things to do in the area. Locally, there are regular firework displays on the beach (look out for the notices). Many water sports are on offer, water skiing, jet skis, banana boat, water sofa and dough nuts to name but a few. You can also go paragliding. You can take a boat trip to the surrounding islands, Montecarlo, Cannes or St Tropez. These leave from Golfe Juan marina as well as the centre of Juan les Pins.

Take the open top bus or Le Petit Train to Cap D'Antibes and Antibes respectively. You can also take the Visioboule (flat, glass bottomed boat) around the Cap too. We do this every year and never tire of it. The children can go karting in JLP and Biot or simply play in the beautiful park next to the Domaine.

Aquasplash, Marineland and Antibesland are all easily accessible from Juan Flore. You can travel practically anywhere by bus for just 1 Euro.

There are public tennis courts 1 km away in Golfe Juan.

There is also a boules park in the Domaine itself.

Ideal location to explore Juan-Les-Pins & Antibes.

This is the second apartment on the Juan Flore complex that we have stayed in and the overall quality was, again, very high. There was only two of us but the property will easily accommodate four people and would not feel overcrowded. The apartment is fitted out to a high standard and was clean and comfortable. Booking the property through the owner was straight forward we were given all the info that we needed in good time. On arrival we were met by the owner's representative who showed us around the property and made sure that we knew where the local amenities were located.

The apartment benefits from a really nice outside space with sofas and a huge dining table.

The location is just on the edge of Juan-Les -Pins town. We got there by walking from the railway station (20 mins), having travelled in by train after a few days spent in Nice. On leaving the property to return home we took the bus back to the airport and , again, that was quite straightforward and only cost euro 15 for the two of us.

There is a local beach that is a five minute walk from the apartment that is quite nice. Alternatively, a 10 minute walk into Juan-Les-Pins brings you to the lovely beach in the town. Antibes is a 40 minute walk away (or get a bus) and also has a sandy beach that is ideal for a cooling swim

Definitely worth a return visit.

Lovely stay in a great location

The property is in a large domain a short walk from one of the beaches in Juan les pins.

We arrived late and was met by the property manager who gave us the keys and an overview. The apartment is ground floor with a large kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms of which one is smaller and a separate bathroom. The kitchen has what you would need plus washing machine and microwave. There is also a private underground parking spot.

We have 2 infants and 2 cot beds were supplied which went in the 2nd room. There is an outside space with table and chairs where you can eat in the shade.

The apartment itself was clean and tidy on arrival. The communal pool is a 2 min walk. It's a very nice large pool with a separate baby pool which is patrolled by a lifeguard with plenty of room and some shade to put lilos and chairs.

Overall it's a very good place to stay if you are visiting the area close to beaches, restaurants and all the other towns and villages close to the coast and I would recommend for a couple or a small family.

Great apartment, and right by the beach

The apartment felt brand new, well equipped in all respects (kitchen,bathroom,bedrooms) with superb outdoor space for eating/sunbathing. Not just right by the beach but handily halfway between the town and the marina, both an easy walk away. Plenty of restaurants and a good supermarket all near at hand.

The staff on site were very welcoming and helpful as was the owner (Even had English TV !)

The perfect apartment

First of all i want to say that the contact with the owners was perfect. They always answering our questions fast and in a correct way.

The apartment is located on the end of the complex, so the walk to the beach takes 1minute. You have a free view over the garden of the complex. There is an private garage for you're car. The garden around the apartment complex is very nice and well maintained.

There is an big pool on the complex witch is also well maintained. There was only two things our 2 sons didn't like , no jumping in the pool and the slide was broking.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment and one of our best holidays.

Conveniently placed and relaxing apartment

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment

Very comfortable apartment and clean place with all necessaties that you need for a comfortable vacation. Bedrooms had comfortable beeds and the terrace was very nice with also very comfortable and new modern furnitures. Only small negative things where that the Slide in the pool was closed off (Seemed to be pretty permament as it was fence around it) , garage only possible to use with a very small car (as it was used as storage) and it was a bit far to walk to the restaurants. There was however a bus that went every 20 minutes to Antibes centre, just a short walk away from the apartment, where we found a lot of good restaurants and alos enjoyed the foodmarket and walks in the old town.

Juan les Pins is a busy seaside town famous for its Jazz Festival in July and its casino. It has countless bars and restaurants many of which are situated on the beach. Juan les Pins boasts one of the few sandy beaches on the Cote D'Azur. Our apartment is situated between Juan les Pins and Golfe Juan which has a very impressive marina and many bars and restaurants overlooking this. Many of the boat trips to the surrounding Islands and St Tropez leave from the marina as well as the centre of Juan les Pins. Antibes is only 2km away. The best way to visit is on the open top tourist bus from JLP which takes you around the Cap D'Antibes and the old town. The Picasso museum is worth a visit too. You can access most of the Riviera and surrounding area by bus or train so hiring a car is not critical. The trip to Montecarlo and then on to Ventamillia (Italy) by train is particularly scenic as the train hugs the coast winding its way through Antibes, Biot, Nice, Villefranche, Beaulieu sur mer, and Eze. Absolutely stunning! Travelling in the other direction you will reach Cannes (famous for the international film festival and famous tourists), and then St Maxime, St Raphael and Frejus.

The pool is open from 1st June until 30th September. Sometimes it can open earlier and close later, this is only a guide. The apartment has an air cooling system which keeps the interior 5 degrees cooler than outside provided all windows and door are kept shut.
