This beautiful home would be ideal for families or small groups looking for a cosy home from home in London.

Living & Eating

A large and luminous open-plan living area, generous dining area and kitchen will leave you feeling right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, and the generous dining table will seat eight comfortably. Enjoy the luxury of two private outdoor terraces, which will be perfect for an afternoon drink, or to enjoy your morning coffee.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

With two wonderful bedrooms, this is a very comfortable home for up to four guests. The master bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom (containing a shower stall, separate bath, wash-basin and WC) and a UK superking-sized bed (6ft wide). Opposite the main bedroom, you will find another bedroom fitted with a UK king bed (5ft wide), which is also conveniently configurable as twin singles. On this level, you'll also find the main bathroom, complete with WC, shower, and wash-basin, so that this home has two bathrooms in total. There is also another WC located on the bottom level.

Access & Suitability

This home is accessed on the ground floor. There is one flight of internal stairs leading down to the living, dining and kitchen areas.

My wife and twenty-something daughter stayed here for six days in May and were fulfilled. The flat is "modern" including contemporary bath furnishings. The up and down took a little getting used to. Everything was clean. Washer/dryer and dishwasher included.

Given the prices for better hotels within a six-block radius, I thought that the flat was well priced. I really liked the neighborhood, chock-a-block with cafes, chemists;, pubs, dry cleaner etc. We were in what appeared to be a real neighborhood with people pushing kids in strollers, kids walking to school, etc.

The management company was helpful and extended itself, especially on the first date and our late arrival and a helpful associate who came over on a bicycle with the keys to the flat.

Our first airbnb experience, which led us to Ivy Lettings, who made us feel that they wanted our business. We were able to be at a fairly fashionable address at what we perceived to be a savings, with many attractions and amenities at our doorstep.

Set in the heart of residential and family-friendly Fulham, this lovely apartment enjoys a quiet location but with easy access to a host of local amenities and transport. Fulham Broadway underground station is an easy 5 minutes' walk away- from here you'll have easy access to many areas throughout london for easy exploring. The station itself has multiple amenities including an 8-screen cinema, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

West Brompton overground station is also conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the property. This station will take you down towards Imperial Wharf and Clapham Junction, or if you take it north, you'll head up towards to Shepherd's Bush (Westfield), Hampstead Heath (where celebrities are often spotted!), and the hip & trendy neighbourhood, Camden. The London Overground Tube is a very easy way of getting around, and is a great option for those whom like to avoid crowds (as it is often quieter).

If you prefer to travel on the road, there are also frequent bus services that will bring you to the city centre in around 30 minutes.

Though the transport options are in abundance, you also have a myriad of things to do in the immediate area! You'll have a constellation of the brightest and most glamourous bars and cafes are within a quarter of an hour of your door. You'll be within walking distance of all the fabulous boutiques and high street shops that line the famous and elite King’s Road, and there are endless
