Spacious, immaculate first floor apartment with open-plan living area and modern, stylish decor. Located on a quiet street in the trendy and charming Notting Hill area, it is a short walk from the bohemian, enchanting Portobello market.
Four bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and full-length mirrors. Light and generous master bedroom with king-size (5ft) bed, located opposite a further second bedroom with a comfortable double bed and flat screen television. There are two further bedrooms with single beds and pull-out truckle beds underneath.
Three bathrooms all with wash basins and heated towel rails. Main bathroom contains a large bath with a built-in shower head and has a door out to a private balcony. The further two bathrooms have two toilets and one stand-up shower.
Comfortable and generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a luxurious L-shaped sofa, flat-screen television and dining table to seat 6.

A 10 minute walk from Holland Park tube station, Clarendon Road has easy access to boutique coffee shops, grocery stores, ATMs and excellent transport links into Central London and the West End.

Luxurious L-shaped sofa
The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the tube, in a beautiful residential area. It is well-appointed and accommodated our party (5 women) with no problem. It was clean, close to stores and restaurants on Holland Park Road, and within easy walking distance to restaurants, stores and other amenities in the Portobello Road area. There are 2 or 3 convenience stores located half a block away that are well stocked. The apartment was clean and attractive and although not huge, it was well designed so that we never felt crowded.
Our dealings with Ivy lettings were exceptional - I always received a response to any email within hours, and they were most helpful during our stay when we had questions. As a frequent visitor to London, i would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend Ivy Lettings.
the washer and dryer did not work. We were unable to contact the manager on the phone until late Monday. Repair person didn't arrive till Wednesday and we were told it could not be fixed. Our trip ended on Saturday morning. We packed lite because we thought there was a washer and dryer. also the kitchen had two frying pans .... on was so rusty it could not be used..or cleaned.
West London’s Notting Hill has a personality as confused as the wares on display at its Portobello Market. On the one hand, the area once famed for its genteel sensibility, as the rows of Georgian townhouses and fashionable Westbourne Grove attest. On the other hand, it plays host to an enticing alternative culture, as well as a lively Caribbean diaspora, whose annual Carnival throngs with upwards of a million Londoners, all seeking the festival’s colourful floats and flavours. The event demonstrates that Notting Hill commands a rich variety beyond its portrayal in the 1999 Grant/Roberts picture. Holland Park is itself an enormous (54-acre) wooded wildlife park built around the ruins of Holland House. The House was bombed in 1940 during the Blitz, but today hosts the summertime opera outfit, Opera Holland Park. The park itself is edged by some of the finest real estate in London.
