The house is located in the center of town, a few minutes walk from the unique protected area of the province of Valladolid, Las Riberas de Castronuño.
The natural reserve of Castronuño was declared Protected Natural Space in 1.992.
The reservoir has given rise to one of the most important wetlands of the Community of Castilla y León. As of today, it is an authentic sanctuary for wildlife.
It is a newly restored house respecting the structure in its entirety, its adobe and mud walls, as well as its wooden ceilings.
Rustic style with modern touches.
