Penthouse The Beach 4a is located on the terrain of the gated and 24/7 secured resort The Strand. The penthouse has been fully furnished by a well-known Dutch interior designer, using brands such as Manuel Canovas and Pierre Frey. The interior is inspired by the Caribbean designer India Hicks.

Wonderful property in a great location

We really enjoyed our visit. The condo is lovely, with a spectacular view overlooking both the pool and beach. The living room doors fully open into the balcony creating an exceptional living space with an incredible ocean breeze. The location could not be better, with walking distance to a number of great restaurants, and about 20 minutes into the heart of Willemstadt and Queen Emma Bridge. The house was clean and comfortable. The A/C was very good during the times when it became a bit hot. Our only issue was that the bidet in one of the bathrooms was not working. The property manager was very responsive, but unfortunately it could not be fixed during our stay. Overall, very positive.

Fabulous oceanfront close to town

Expansive waterfront condo with swimming lagoon and pool, a 15 minute walk to town and several superb restaurants within a five minute walk makes this property special. Over the course of a month, we had a few minor issues which were promptly handled by friendly, effective management. A few times it was clear enough to see Venezuelan mountains and watercraft of all kinds are seen from the huge balcony daily. Sunsets are a colorful nightly light show spectacle as well. The gated parking lot with the unit's two assigned parking spaces makes having a couple cars convenient and safe.

Amazing!

The property was perfect with an amazing view. It was so nice to have the beach and pool on the property. The beach had umbrella's and was is beautiful. Nearby restaurants with excellent service and nice variety of foods. Saskia was wonderful, very communicative, personable, and helpful. Would love to stay at this property again. Thank you:)
