About this property

Superbly restored barns with two gites in total. Large 10 x 5m shared swimming pool, extensive gardens, woodland area and games room.
The communal 10 x 5 metre solar heated swimming pool, (June-September) is onsite for our guests to use.
There is an indoor games room with pool table, table tennis and table football, with a lounge area.
The Extensive gardens/wooded areas are perfect for games and relaxing, with boules court and a play area for the children with swings, slides etc.
Each cottage has a private terrace area,with tables and chairs, to relax and enjoy a BBQ or two.
Perfect for families with children.
Gite 'Le poirier'' is based on our little farm.
On the ground floor is a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, spacious dining room and lounge.
The gite is heated by a large pellet burner. (The pellets are subject to an extra charge or the guest can supply their own).
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and a family shower room and a WC. Maximum occupancy of 6 People, including babies and children.
We are ideally located in a peaceful rural location, surrounded by fields of sunflowers.
This is perfect for a relaxing escape but within easy reach of all shops, cafes and restaurants.

Walking and Cycling are very popular around here, with amazing countryside and wildlife to explore from the many kms of white tracks, through the Sunflower fields.

Mooi verblijf, jammer van de verkeerde en/of ontbrekende info bij de omschrijving

De informatie op de website klopt niet met de realiteit. De woning staat omschreven als een 4 slaapkamer woning, terwijl er in realiteit maar 3 slaapkamers zijn. De eigenaars waren niet beschikbaar om verdere informatie aan te vragen. Wat niet op de website vermeld stond, was dat de woning volledig gepoetst moet worden door de huurders. Anders kan je een boete krijgen. Verder wel een mooie woning en mooi domein.

Comfortable en relaxing stay

We really enjoyed the perfectly facilitated house on the large property. Everything was very clean and 100% funtional. Owners are there if you need them, and are very kind! Advice, look upfront on their b&b page to set up you activity plan during your stay!

Un des meilleurs gîtes rencontrés

Le gîte est spacieux, parfaitement équipé et meublé avec goût. Les extérieurs sont également de grande qualité, avec une piscine de rêve chauffée. Beaucoup d'équipements sont disponibles sur place gratuitement: vélos, raquettes de badminton, terrain de pétanque, billard, baby foot... Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, souriants et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
