Uninterrupted sea views, period features, and modern facilities and fittings are the trade mark of this interior designed, elegant and comfortable flat. This almost entirely white home provides a Zen like calm, a haven for total relaxation and romance. Ideal for honeymooners and couples.
There is a fully equipped ultra modern kitchen with a luxury Nespresso Coffee machine for the perfect coffee to wake up to, ample storage for clothes and suitcases, and of course a very stylish bathroom.
For the odd rainy day (we are in the UK after all) there is also a TV with integrated DVD player and Freeview channels, as well as lots of books, magazines, some DVDs and an I-Pod/I-Phone docking station with radio for entertainment, just in case the rain sets in.
But this being officially the sunniest spot in the UK, hopefully you get lots of sun to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You will find yourself just cross the street from the promenade & the beach, with the only restaurant directly on the beach, Azur, with a stunning terrace to sit in the sun till late only a few meters away.
There is a Romeo and Juliet balcony at the front, perfect for a morning coffee at sunrise, or the decked garden on 3 levels at the rear for a snooze in the sun or drinks in the setting sun, well protected from any sea winds.
Just cross the street and you are on the promenade and beach.
There is free parking outside the house and in adjacent streets, or also a large car park with free overnight parking, just diagonally across the street so it does not spoil the view.
Walk or cycle along the promenade all the way to the old fishing harbour and Hastings Old Town in one direction, or all the way to the DeLaWarr Pavilion Bexhill in the other. The only 2 places located directly ON the beach are Azur, only 3 minutes walk away direction Hastings, or the Beach Cafe for a great English breakfast after a 30 minutes leisurely walk direction Bexhill (opens at 9am). Many local shops, bars and restaurants are in very close walking distance so no need for the car during your break.
Alternatively, explore the local region with its great natural beauty, historic places, many attractions and lovely historic towns and villages, such as Rye, Battle, Herstmonceux, Bodiam, Tenterden or Tunbridge Wells, to name but a few, all within just an hours drive.
I try to make your stay extra special, so please contact me with any special requests. This place is especially suited for people who love a bit of elegance and style, in a calm and relaxing setting.
