Great apartment and perfect host!
Maria Luisa is the perfect host - kind, informative and very accomodating!
The apartment is just as it is in the photos, very comfortable, well-equipped and a great location for shops, cafes and buses. Highly recommended!
PS Great find on the last day was cafe bar Pepe (nearest cafe - less than 100 yards from apartment - off the Avda de Madrid by the 5 euro hairdresser).
Como en casa
Estuvimos más de un mes en el piso, amplio, bien ubicado, perfectamente equipado, ideal para ir con niños, la comunidad y vecinos muy amables. Todo pensado, la verdad que es un muy buen lugar para ir a Granada y sentirse como en casa . María Luisa una excelente anfitriona, preocupada, amable y buena persona, fue un gran apoyo y un placer conocerla. Sin duda volvería a repetir.

Me alegro mucho de que te hayas sentido como en casa. Es cierto que los vecinos son encantadores (todavía me preguntan por tus niñas!), es una urbanización muy segura y acogedora y en la gran terraza del apartamento, han podido jugar y celebrar el cumpleaños.

Words may fail us here since we had such a wonderful 3 weeks at Maria Luisa's very well situated flat. First off, Maria's hospitality was par excellence. We were neophytes to Andalusia and needed quite a bit of guidance. Maria provides a well-stocked, clean, spacious, and exceedingly comfortable space; found great day camps for our 2 Spanish-speaking children; scheduled a lovely seaside escape for us in Nerja; and, basically supported us in every way we requested from our welcome to departure at the nearby train station.
Second, the flat is meters away from a lovely pool/deck/play area hovering above street level. The views across the valley are lovely, and the evenings spent reclining by the pool as our children made friends and swam have provided lingering warm memories of our time in Granada. The flat is located a short walk or bus ride from all the major attractions. Maria knows the area very well, and she steered us to good restaurants and shops (including Los Italianos, about which we can't say enough).
Third, Granada is a great "home base" for a longer stay in Andalusia -- it offers so many essential sites and ways to expand one's appreciation for its complex history. It's incredibly convenient for short trips to Cordoba, Nerja, Sevilla, and other places we wanted to explore.
Clearly, we appreciated this flat, Maria's hospitality, and our experiences in Granada -- a perfect vacation.
Very comfortable, very convenient.
We stayed three days but wish it had been longer. The apartment is tastefully furnished and well equipped. With its two bathrooms it is very comfortable for two couples. The kitchen has everything you need if you like cooking and there is a supermarket nearby. Also close are several good bars and it is an easy walk to the Albyacin and the interesting backstreets around the university. Maria Louisa, the owner is very charming and helpful and she has prepared a folder with a lot of useful information to help you make the most of your stay. It is also a good choice if you are travelling by car as Maria Luisa can arrange parking beneath the building. We have no hesitation in giving this apartment the highest recommendation.

We spent five nights in the apartment. It was in a wonderful and secure location, 3 minutes walking from the lively Gran Via street, we could go to the main Granada locations and tourist area by feet: Plaza nueva, Alhambra, la Catedral, ... The apartment has a great terrace, very confortable bedrooms, and totally equiped kitchen. The host, Mrs Luisa was very friendly and attentive to our questions, she offered us plenty of information about where to go and what to visit in Granada. We enjoyed our stay, most definitely we'll return!

Constitution Avenue is a landscaped garden with a great atmosphere, always lively. Next to the bullring where they will find some of the best tavernas for 'tapas', and so very near to one of the monuments recommended as the Basilica of St. John of God or the Royal Hospital. The apartment is located in a luxury residential complex with playgrounds, maintenance and security. The high-level area is very popular in Granada, and quite central, with all kinds of shops very close, but with a very easy and direct access from the highway A92 Malaga-Madrid (1'5Km in a straight line from the output) . You really only need your car if you want to travel to the Costa Tropical 50 minutes, 40 minutes to Sierra Nevada, golf course ... or any of the beautiful natural spots available to Andalusia. From the apartment we recommend you visit the historic center on foot, or has links to most buses and taxis, just outside the building. Find, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, cafes, a few meters. Public park with trees across the Avenue.
