Situated only 5 minutes walk to the seafront, and 5 minutes walk to Hove station the house is also well positioned for the bars and restaurants on Church Road. There is also a very frequent bus service from immediately outside the property linking your party to the rest of the city quickly.
The house is entered through a lovely featured doorway and opens onto the hallway running through the length of the house through to the kitchen and the garden at the back of the house.
The lounge is spacious with large bay windows and comfortably seats up to 10 people. There is a large wall mounted HD
flat screen TV.
There is also a triple bedroom on the Ground Floor - which can be set to a double and singe or triple single as suits the group best.
At the back of the house if the spacious kitchen which has a proper formal dining space which seats up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for larger parties, as well as providing a washing machine, and then leads out onto a small pretty garden which has table and chairs for al-fresco dining.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms - one a triple bedroom and the larger, front bedroom can comfortable sleep 4. This bedroom has a en-suite bathroom fitted.
The final bedroom is very quiet and positioned at the back of the house and is a triple, the bed arrangements to be adapted to the needs of the party.
There is a family bathroom on this floor which offers both a shower and a full sized bath to relax in.

This house was great for our group and Andrew was extremely welcoming and helpful. The surrounding area had everything that we needed in terms of food and shops and wasn't too far from the beach either. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property to anyone else who was looking to stay in the area.
Absolutely loved our stay here. Property was lovely and clean, well equipped with everything we needed and had enough space for us all. Owner Andrew was very helpful and polite. We will be definitely booking again for the summer!!
