Apartment of 85 m2 with 15m2 balcony quiet, 3CH, 1SDB, separate toilet

In a very quiet house (behind urban traffic), while having close access to shopping, downtown 300m, water sports and beach 450m, the apartment whose interior is new has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet. A balcony of 15 square meters allows to have breakfast with the first suns.

High speed internet access WIFI.

Spacious for 4,5,6personnes, possible 7 people, the kitchen is equipped (dishwasher, microwave).

The bedding is new and consists of 2 beds of 160cm, 1 bed 140 cm and 1 bed 90cm.

You also have a cot, a baby bath and a high chair.

Highly recommended, ideally situated apartment.

This apartment is the upper floor of the owners house but is completely self contained. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped but the '3rd bedroom' doubles as the lounge with fold-down bed. The décor is 'functional' throughout but this makes cleaning very easy. The balcony is spacious and offers outstanding views. It is in the sun for the morning and is a marvellous place to eat or just relax. All parts of the apartment were immaculately clean and very well maintained.

The owner is very helpful and approachable but discrete and respects your privacy (Merci pour la prunes M. Danel!) he is knowledgeable about the area and will offer advice when asked.

Our only (minor) gripes were that the mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and the lounge would benefit from more seating. However this would certainly not deter us from returning to the property or from recommending it as a place to stay. 4 and a half stars would be more accurate!

Outside space is pleasant with added bonus of a table tennis table! Parking and access to the property is great. The house is 10 minutes walk from the Lake, the Beach and the excellent cycle path. All amenities are within easy reach including Restaurants, Supermarkets and Cycle Hire (Sevrier Sport - great guys!).

Owner's Response: Thank you for having taken time to subject(submit) an evaluation. The size of the apartment is of 85m2. Several times we were in full capacity, 6 people and a baby without any remark. The mattress is new, the problem was due to the bed base which was quickly changed. Thank you for having warned(prevented) me. Sincerely

Très beau emplacement

Maison très bien située à quelques mètres du Lac d'Annecy et des pistes cyclables.Nous allions à pied à la plage.Aussi, pour les sportifs comme nous, chemin de randonnée à la sortie du jardin: donc possibilité de faire de magnifiques joggings.

Location parfaite, au calme avec une vue magnifique sur le lac.

Très beau jardin dans lequel c'est un bonheur de lire, se reposer et manger (avec la plancha)

Très bon endroit et propriétaire prévenants

La location a répondu à nos attentes et même au-delà grâce à la bienveillance des propriétaires. Très bien situé, au calme avec une très belle vue, à quelques centaines de mètres de l'arrêt de bus pour rejoindre Annecy, nous avons pu bien profité de notre séjour même si nous n'avions pas de voiture. L'appartement était hyper propre et le propriétaire a été aux petits soins pour nous. Ils nous ont même dépanné avec de la nourriture le dimanche soir à notre arrivée et déposer tous nos bagages à l'arrêt de bus lors de notre départ. Il y avait même un moment, où on se savait plus ce qui était inclus dans la location et ce qui était du dépannage! Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir ici!

Schöne Aussicht

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Sevrier. Die Wohnung liegt am Hang in schöner und sehr ruhiger Lage. Das Strandbad, welches uns sehr gut gefallen hat, ist schnell zu erreichen. Auch Wanderungen haben wir von der Wohnung aus gestartet. Die Einrichtung ist funktional (großer Kühlschrank!) und die Wohnfläche für unsere vierköpfige Familie groß genug. Am Schönsten ist der fantastische Blick vom Balkon auf den See und die Bergkette dahinter. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Auch für Radsportler ist die Lage ideal.

Séjour en famille très agréable

Location très bien située, proche du lac et des commerces, (loueur de vélo pour aller profiter de la piste cyclable qui borde le lac, bon traiteur, pizzéria, pharmacie...)

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, idéal avec des jeunes enfants, le lit dans le salon est top, on y dort très bien!!

Propriétaires sympathiques et discrets.
