About Paula Mason

I have been coming to Denia since the I970s when my parents first bought property in the area. Denia is a second home to me and both I and my family have fond memories of happy holidays spent in the apartment. We hope others will enjoy it as much as we do and get to know the wonderful town of Denia and all that it offers. Denia is not just a holiday resort, it is busy seaside town where there is always something going on all year round and that is why we keep coming back.

Why Paula Mason chose Javea, Moraira and Denia Area

It is situated in the exclusive area of Les Rotes on the foothills of the Montgo National Park yet close to the seafront. It is only ten minutes out of the centre of Denia. It is a spacious, bright apartment with two wide balconies overlooking the pool and gardens on one side and the sea at the front. It is tastefully furnished and suitable for people of all ages, especially young children as the grounds offer plenty of shade, a children's pool, children's playground and tennis courts. Everyone who has stayed at the apartment has loved it.

What makes this apartment unique

The building has two lifts and disabled access. The apartment is on the 7th floor giving fantastic views to the sea, mountain and across Denia. There is heating and air conditioning. There are two wide balconies where you can sit and read, or enjoy a meal and glass of wine overlooking the pool and gardens or the fantastic sea view across to Ibiza. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. The resident Porter collects your rubbish every evening from outside the door. There is plenty of off street parking underneath the block.

Guestbook comments from the owner

It was a happy experience to arrive and find everything just as expected. The apartment is bright and airy with everything provided for an enjoyable stay. After much travelling by car from the UK, it proved to be a haven of rest and peace. It was also a good base for us to get to know the surrounding area. Paula's organisation and personal way in conducting her business is commendable. It's lovely to have arrangements that are hassle free and user friendly.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely week in a comfortable and well equipped apartment in our favourite part of las Rotas which is quite and peaceful . The local bus provided perfect access into Denia for dinner and a stroll.

The balconys around the appartment insured sunshine all day and the spaciouse balcony was perfect for lazy lunches and dinner . We can't speak highly enough about this gem of an appartment and we anticipate returning for our annual visit to las Rotas, thank you Paula for all your help in ensuring such a lovely stay.

Excellent holiday accomodation with all the amentities of home

  • 5 of 5

A lovely apartment with brilliant sea views owing to the fantastic balcony that hugs most of the entire apartment. Clean and spacious inside, there is everything you need. The swimming pool is huge so superb if youwant to swim lengths! A tad fresh tho! It's only a 10 minute walk to the seafront from which point you can hang out on the rocks and find brilliant swimming/snorkelling. We hired a car which was definitely needed to get to the larger supermarkets. It's a lovely area with many lovely places to eat out. We self-catered mostly as planned. Would definitely return to this apartment and Denia . We stayed in Javea last year but prefer the slightly quiter hustle of Denia. Thanks Paula! Also Caroline was immensely helpful so thank you to her too!

Very nice apartment in a good location

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay at 19 Las Vinas, the apartment we found to be clean, fresh, very comfortable and well equipped, just as described on the website and Paula's administration was very efficient.

The apartment is in the very pleasant location of Las Rotas, away from the tourist centre yet still accessible. The views from the balcony are impressive and the large pool area and well kept gardens very attractive.

We would certainly recommend both the apartment and the area, for a relaxing holiday.

Having tried quite a few of the restaurant recommendations, we found our favourite to be Venta de Posa near La Xara, which might be of interest to future guests seeking a more authentic Spanish restaurant.

A week in Las Rotas, Denia

  • 5 of 5

Unfortunately we only spent a week in Paula's light and friendly apartment but enjoyed our stay immensely. Located in Denia's pretty district of Las Rotas it is within easy reach of the centre, though and nice restaurants can be found after just a few minutes walk down the beach. And if too lazy to walk one can enjoy a stunning view from the balconys instead.

The apartment is very well equipped, nothing to be missed actually (we even found champagne glasses to drink to a birthday). Paula took care of detailed multilingual informations and we felt very welcome because a moving spirit in the household had already set the TV and put the needed informations on the table. Thank you, Caroline!

A big thank you, though, goes to you, Paula. You were ever so fast in replying to mails and very much endeavoured to help whenever help was needed.

It would be nice to stay there again one day, but definitely a bit longer.

Owner's Response: Caren, I am so glad you managed to find the apartment ok despite problems with the post! Thank you so much for your kind words. I do try to be of assistance to our guests in order that they have a lovely holiday. If you had told us you were celebrating a birthday, we would have left a bottle of Champagne to go with the glasses! We would love to see you again at Las Vinas some time. Best wishes, Paula

Superb Apartment

  • 5 of 5

Just returned from a month long stay at Las Vinas apartments. Found the property description to be accurate, the main bedroom being spacious with a comfortable bed, lovely views from all rooms, enjoyed early morning breakfast on the main balcony watching the sun rise over the mountain. The apartment was very well equipped and clean. Located 10 mins drive to Denia, but most days walked the coastal path / promenade to town - 3.5 k of lovely scenery along the way.

Would recommend and probably return for another stay.

Many thanks to Paula for her prompt responses to our enquiries.
