You have to taste the feeling of having breakfast on your terraces with the views you have, the sea breeze ... or a good barbecue on the second floor. Perfect to disconnect from the stress, very quiet, with beautiful views to the sea and the Sierra de Mijas. Air conditioning, barbecue, swimming pool and private parking. Two terraces to enjoy a wonderful time and incredible nights.

Ground floor: Dining room, complete bathroom, one bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds, fully equipped kitchen and terrace with furniture.

Optionally we can include sofa bed in living room for 6 people.

Upstairs: 55 m² solarium with 2 barbecues, hammocks, tables and chairs, etc. Ideal for sunbathing or barbecues with incredible views. This year we have included irrigation hose and shower to make your times cooler and more pleasant.

  • Very comfortable with air conditioning and central heating, fitted wardrobes and plenty of light. All open directly onto the terrace. Linens and towels are included in the price. The furnishings and style of the rooms is Mediterranean, white walls to make the most magnificent sun light we have. The windows are double glazed to ensure thermal and sound insulation. The evenings and nights are really wonderful. Benalmádena has one of the best microclimates of the Sunshine Coast. With a sea breezes that make really nice summer months. and a realmete pleasant winters.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed in Pedros apartment for 6 weeks in Jan/Feb and enjoyed the location and the views from the apartment terraces.Pedro is a very accommodating person and communicates very quickly with any questions asked.Our family came out to join us for a week and Pedro ensured that we had everything we needed to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.We would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in this area as the local transportation system (metro & buses) is all at hand to get you to all the tourist places in Andalucia.

Thanks again to Pedro for letting us have this apartment for 6 weeks.

A lovely comfortable apartment!

We have just spent 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year in this delightful apartment and can't recommend it enough to anyone contemplating visiting this area of the Costa del Sol. It has obviously been well maintained and is very clean and comfortable with some nice extra touches, i.e. shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, to name just a few. An added bonus is the underground parking with easy access to the apartment by lift and there is an excellent supermarket just around the corner for your everyday needs. Pedro, the owner, is very helpful and replies promptly to any questions you may have. There is also a delightful couple at the apartment to welcome you on arrival and hand over keys etc. Our thanks to you all for making our stay so enjoyable!

Lovely apartment

What a lovely apartment. Very clean & has everything you could need for a great stay. Great terraces especially the one on the roof - brilliant for a bbq! The gardens & pool are very well kept. Pedro was extremely helpful as was isabel & paco who met us when we arrived. We had a fabulous holiday & would definitely stay here again. Thanks Pedro.

Lovely place to stay with great views

We stayed here for a month from mid February to mid March. It is a lovely 2 bedroom property and because it is on the 4th floor (there is a lift), it gets great views- the two tier terraces are very spacious and comfortably furnished. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and had every facility. We were very comfortable during our stay, and had good wifi access as well as satellite TV. It was also great to have garage parking.There is an excellent supermarket just around the corner and you can walk down to the beach in 10 minutes. We also walked into Benalmadena town a couple of times and this took just half an hour. The owner was pleasant to deal with as was the very nice couple who did the handover arrangements. Thankyou for a lovely holiday.

Peaceful Holiday Getaway

This is a lovely two bedroom apartment, catering for all your needs. I visited with my sister, my daughter and her friend. There is room for another two people in the lounge area, in the form of a futon. The apartment was very clean, plenty of towels, including some beach towels, shampoo, shower gel so you don't have to worry about carrying this on the aircraft with weight restrictions. The kitchen has a cooker, washing machine, including washing up liquid, and washing powder, and a few extra essentials for catering. Outside there is a balcony that both bedrooms and the lounge have access to, and lovely to sit on in the evening sun. This overlooks the pool and the sea in the distance. From the balcony you can access the roof terrace, here you will find chairs, a lounger, barbecue, parasols. There is a supermarket which is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and being in a very Spanish area, very reasonably priced. We found a lovely beach, small, quaint, and very private, but it has 134 steps leading down to it, so one does have to climb back up! The beach is about a 15/20 minute walk, but I enjoyed the exercise. The apartment has a shared pool, and when we visited in September, found we were normally the only ones in it. This again has steps leading down, so if you had difficulty with mobility you may find this a problem. There is a bus from a nearby hotel (about 15 minute walk) that takes you into Benalmadena Costa, which is where you will find lots of restaurants, and night life, plus the marina. The bus cost 1.45 euros. it also takes you to Torremolinos, Fuengirola, and Marbella. We sometimes caught the bus into Benalmadena, but then walked home, being cooler it was a nice leisurely form of exercise and took us about 50 minutes, and that was in high heels. Pedro the owner is a very lovely man and most helpful. If you require anything extra he will endeavour to supply it for you. If you want to hire a car for your stay, and I do recommend this if you don't like walking or want to get out and about and visit more places, there is a garage provided for parking too. I decided not to hire a car because I just wanted to relax and not go anywhere for my week long stay. I would most definitely stay here again, and loved the tranquility of the place.

Thanks for your comment. We give a key to the renters to go to the beach though the swimming pool gardens. It is the faster access to the beach. They really are 5 min. Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns im Internet die Ferienwohnung ausgesucht und obwohl wir kaum spanisch oder englische Sprachkenntnisse haben, hat es keine Kommunikationsprobleme (Pedro antwortete in deutsch) gegeben.

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von Isabel und Paco sehr freundlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben gut und bis ins Detail sehr wohnlich und sauber ausgestattet.

Durch die gute Lage war der Strand, die Bushaltestelle und der Supermarkt schnell erreichbar.

Wir haben 8 Wochen einen sehr schönen und ruhigen Urlaub verlebt und weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, werden wir im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.

Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

The Costa del Sol is an appropriate area to enjoy tranquility, views, Mediterranean nights and beaches. Very close to important towns like Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola. With attractions like the Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Marina (Puerto Marina), Tivoli World (amusement park in the Costa del Sol), aquatic park Acuopolis Mijas and Torremolinos.

A 1 km Casino Torrequebrada.

According seasons you can enjoy nearby festivals like Feria de Malaga in August. Be sure to get at least one day to the city of Málaga to visit the citadel, the Roman theater, the Picasso Museum and the Museo Carmen Thyssen Málaga.

A 1 km of Xanit International Hospital.

It is located about 200 meters from the bus stop towards Benalmadena, Malaga and Fuengirola. At 200 meters from the beach the viper. 500 meters Golf and Casino Torrequebrada. A 5-minute drive from Tivoli World. Several supermarkets very close.
