Air conditioned, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, sleeps 4, modern fully furnished.

First floor apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer utility room. Underground garage with lift access to front door very convenient for shopping and self catering. Three swimming pools for tenant use.

Satellite TV with English and Scandinavian channels and WI FI.

We chose this apartment as our family holiday home, intended to provide a relaxing, home from home.

With on site pools and a short walk to nearby beaches it is a perfect location for families and couples alike.

Whilst not essential, access by car and underground garage makes the holiday that much easier. The lift from garage level to first floor and our front door makes returning with shopping all the easier.

Popular with golfers and beach-goers alike, La Recoleta is one Gomendio's flagship developments, and Punta Prima is a fabulous location.

Brand new fitness center nearby offers flexible membership and full range of classes, treatments and gym facilities.

Lovely appartment in a great location.

We had a lovely time at Punta Prima and some much needed sun post winter. The property is perfectly located with Torrevieja well worth a visit to the north and the Mar Meno to the south where you can have a dip or indulge in the local custom and treat yourself to a mud treatment, for free ! If your feeling lazy you can take advantage of the properties swimming pools just beyond your front door.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely setting

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment with a very pretty balcony and spotless interior. It was lovely to be so close to the beach, and the pools were great to lounge by too. Beautiful scenery and walks along the coastline with excellent waterfront restaurants. A super place to stay, had the best holiday here!

Fantastic apartment

We had such a good holiday at Irina and George's apartment, it has everything you need and is very clean. The pool was fantastic and the beach just a few minutes walk away. Great apartment for a couple, friends or family. Highly recommend!

Never again !

We had booked this apartment very early in the year with the promise of sea views and the rising morning sun. What we got was builders scaffolds and noise from 0800hrs through until 1900hrs. The building work was that close we could not enjoy the balcony at all. The level of conversation from the site could be heard easily.

The apartment itself was grubby at best with some attention needed NOW. On the night we arrived we were met by a lady who directed us to the garage and did not know where the allocated parking space was for the apartment telling us to park in another space that was not even associated with the apartment and then asked us immediately for the security and cleaning deposit before we even stepped foot inside the place. On leaving her daughter turned up to collect the keys as opposed to the promised meet and greet. The poolside was very noisy with unruly children running around against the pool guards instruction and advice.

We naturally has cause to email the owner a few times with our concerns, who replied only once, when they realised we were not at all happy. I am still waiting for the owners to contact me.

Owner's Response: Summer back to back bookings can be challenging. Our keyholders will always address any request, if additional cleaning should be required. Unfortunately we no longer enjoy the panorámic sea view , which is now reduced to the southern views of Mar Menor. Until construction of the neighbouring plot is complete, our balcony will be subjected to periodic noise and disturbance. Fortunately, air con and double glazing allows us to shut out most day time noise. Pool faciliities continue to provide a great amenity for all to enjoy.

Very good quality apartment close to the sea

Had a lovely holiday at this apartment, which I would definitely recommend. It is well equipped, was very clean and has a lovely balcony. Staying there with 3 young children, we found beaches within a very easy walk and also nice, seafront locations to eat. The pools were still open, though getting a bit chilly. With underground parking, gardens which are well kept and security guards regularly patrolling, I think the apartment offers outstanding value for money. We paid more than we usually would to stay in this part of Spain but we are very glad we did. The landlords were easy to contact and helpful.

At the moment, this apartment has a virtually panoramic sea view. Fabulous.

Fantastic apartment!

Our 2nd stay here and it won't b our last! Can not fault this apartment it has everything you need - clean & tidy. Great owners who will answer any queries and suggest great places to visit before you go & Wendell at hand for any problems while your there.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in style.

Playa de Punta Prima beach and promenade provide an ideal setting, within easy reach of golf courses, local shops and eateries, coastal paths and cycle routes to nearby Torrevieja, Cabo Roig and La Zenia. Very convenient for Murcia San Javier Airport, less than 30 minutes, Alicante less than 50 minutes by Autoroute. This area is famous for its inland salt lake environment and is home to numerous therapeutic centres that enjoy the micro climate of Murcia's Mar Menor and surrounding mountainside. Many residents spend their winter here, taking advantage of the mild climate and abundant sunshine throughout the year. Nearby Orihuela and Elche, Murcia and Cartegena are all well worth a visit for a change of scenery.
