Rosetti House is one of six courtyard apartments which are set within a modernized Arts and Crafts building located on the beautiful and exclusive osea island, accessible by car only during low tide.

The Courtyard accommodation offers bright, clean, contemporary styling. In this arts and crafts property there are some period features such as high ceilings and large windows, dating back to Edwardian times.

Be amongst the first to experience this well protected haven, just 45 miles from central London at the base of the Thames estuary. All accommodation which is set 25ft above sea level is available to let on a weekly and short break basis.

Enclosed by four miles of beaches and coastline, privacy is guaranteed in this unspoilt marine sanctuary, with its abundant variety of wildlife and rare birds.

Wonderful for families, romantic couples or adventurous getaway breaks, this private island offers peace and tranquility, a rare commodity so close to the metropolis. Like a throw back from a past era, vehicles are left in the car park so one can enjoy walking or cycling everywhere while exploring the island with its fishing, sailing, bird watching and nature walks.

Osea is an exclusive private island enclosed by four miles of beaches and coastline. With an abundance of wildlife and rare birds, the island still maintains a special ambiance best described as unspoil, and tranquil. It's not just the destination that is unique, the journey onto the island involves crossing a tidal road built by the romans connecting Osea to the mainland.

The tidal road is just over one mile long and is accessible by car at low tide. Of course for the less adventurous or if you miss the low tide, there is a water taxi , which can hold up to six people and that can take you across.

The nearest town is Maldon, a picturesque town with its lovely quay and charming shops. Nearby is Colchester Zoo and castle ideal for families. Pub and shop on the mainland 3 miles.
