Bright and pleasant apartment..

This apartment is located well away from the tourist hordes but lies within comfortable walking distance of many of Paris' most interesting neighbourhoods. Also, two buses run along the street in front of the building and these will take you to more distant areas of the city.

A Franprix supermarket is about three minutes walk and a good boulangerie is also closeby.

The apartment is very equipped, very clean and has a lovely view onto the coutyard below. The WIFI and TV work very well.

This is a very good apartment at a fair price and is therefore highly recommended.

The Woodlands

Wonderful apartment with a great view and location

This apartment is perfect for your stay in Paris. Just minutes from the subway and the bus line, it offers an easy way to get into the heart of the city without staying in the midst of the hustle and bustle. There are several grocery stores within walking distance as well as some wonderful restaurants. The apartment itself is great. I really loved the double sliding doors that opened to the beautiful courtyard. Anne was always very responsive and quick to answer any questions. I am looking forward to another stay here in the future.

Séjour parfait!

Nous sommes un couple et nous avons séjourné 10 jours en juin. Tout est très propre et les appareils fonctionnent parfaitement. La propriétaire et son mari sont des personnes très agréables et sympathiques, toujours prêts à donner de l'info et Anne répond rapidement aux courriels. L'appartement est vraiment bien situé et les transports en commun sont accessibles tout près. Le canapé lit est confortable et le fait d'être situé du côté du jardin apporté un calme très apprécié. Il n'y a pas de climatiseur, mais nous avons eu une canicule et il y avait tout de même une bonne aération et un ventilateur est disponible. Tout est en tous points conforme à la description! Cette location est fortement à recommander! Merci Anne et Claude!

Très bien situé pour visiter Paris. A proximité 3 lignes de bus. A 10min.un métro. Quartier chic, commerces proches. Immeuble bien tenu. Studio confortable donnant sur jardin intérieur donc calme. Très bon accueil.
