3 Bedroom Apartment 2 Bathrooms sleeps 6-8

This Superb apartment has incredible, panoramic, sea views! It is spacious, modern and air-conditioned and has 100m2 of internal floor area. Totally south facing the apartment looks out over the sea to the picturesque Iles D'Or. The large south facing terrace of 250m2 gives plenty of room to sit and soak up the all day sun. There is a large palm tree for shade together with numerous extendable sun blinds and a covered outside dining area. The apartment has been recently refurbished and furnished to a high standard. The Italian, fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances and is open plan into the living area with a large sofa, chair and sky TV. Large patio doors which can be fully opened to produce a completely open living feel, lead onto the large outside terrace and dining area. All three bedrooms lead through patio doors to the terrace. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a large bath, a double shower and is separated by a beautiful, glass, curved wall.

The apartment is privileged to be part of a small complex in a quiet location with private and secure parking. The views from this elevated spot are fantastic yet the popular town of Le Lavandou with it's long, sandy beaches, port, restaurants and amenities is only a 300 metre walk away.

PLEASE NOTE - Our other apartment, ref 1005055, 1 bedroom, sleeps 4, which is just above this one, can be rented at the same time. So overall, both apartments, although separate, can sleep 12. Ideal for a couple of families.

It was so nice to be in a 'home from home'. The apartment is immaculate and modern and has everything you need. The complete south facing perspective through the lovely big glass doors in all the rooms made you feel you were outside all the time. The terrace is huge and plenty room to relax in the sun or shade. The complex was lovely and quiet and secure, yet it is only a few minutes walk away from the town. Didn't want to leave, thanks so much for providing us all we needed!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans ce superbe appartement très confortable et bien décoré. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Les 3 chambres avec une bonne literie donnent sur la magnifique terrasse avec une vue sur la mer dont on ne peut se lasser...La grande terrasse comporte un coin repas qui permet de prendre tous les repas dehors, des chaises longues ainsi qu'une balancelle...

Le Lavandou boasts a long, sandy beach and offers many water sports, such as water skiing, paragliding, sailing and windsurfing. The town itself has lots of restaurants, bars, shops and amenities. It is linked by a lovely coastal path to the beaches of St Clair and La Fossette. Cavaliere and Aiguebelle are accessible via the scenic coastal drive or cycle path. If the beautiful view of the sea and islands of Levant and Porquerolloes are not enough, Le Lavandou is framed by the breathtaking Massif Des Maures hills where there are many unspoilt, provencal villages, such as Bormes Les Mimosas and Collobrieres.

  • The main bedroom has a large double bed and a good sized, modern, white chest of drawers, with large patio doors that lead onto the terrace. It is a spacious airy room that is separated by a beautiful curved glass wall that leads to an en suite bathroom that is fully equipped with a good sized bath, separate double, power shower, sink and bidet. In the corner of the bedroom is a desk area, with a chair and glass shelving. The second bedroom has a large double bed, bedside chair and a fitted double wardrobe, with security safe. Double patio doors lead to the terrace. The third bedroom has two single beds and, a tall modern, white, chest of drawers and patio doors that lead to the terrace. All bedroom doors have electric shutters and sun blinds out to the terrace.

The apartment has four large patio doors that lead on to a very large terrace (250m2). Each patio door has a sun blind canopy and electric shutters. The living area leads to an outdoor undercover dining area, which has a large glass table and seating for up to 8 people. There is a lovely palm tree that provides shade in the hotter months and an orange tree, that provides with the oranges for our homemade orange wine! There are four folding loungers to relax on and soak up the all day sun.
