About the property

Small charming apartment attic with terrace.

At the heart of the famous Bernese resort (1050m) we offer to rent a small boutique apartment with terrace.

In the historical center of Old Gstaad, pedestrian area, the Chesery Platz we offer a nice apartment 1 ½ room 35m2 in one of the oldest village cottage (1730)

Going up in the attic and on entering the apartment you enter directly into the living room. It consists of two large leather chairs, cable TV, and an old bistro table for dining.

On the side, there is a sleeping area (12m2) with a double bed (180/190), a dresser and a shepherdess. It is separated from the living room by a curtain

A small wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine on which two beds are located

(110/190 and 90/190) for children or adults.

The kitchen area with a sink, 2 hotplates, refrigerator and microwave.

The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet with faience the alpine scenery.

A large sunny balcony adorns the studio. (8m2).

Small but very authentic infrastructure.

Private hall for for example to put shoes.

Basic but enough equipment.

Photo's on website are entirely representative.

Excellent location in the heart of GSTAAD.

Excellent Wifi and a new big flatscreen.

Very quiet at night and only some light street-noise during W.E (sat-sun).

Very good price-quality relation.

Nice and honest Owner.

Certainly a chalet to return and to recommend !!!

Appartement dans chalet ancien typique et bien placé.Proprietaire très sympathique et avenant ,désireux d'améliorer les choses.Comme la wifi un peu faible ou les ustensiles de cuisine manquants. Les personnes de grande taille seront peut-être gênés dans la douche et surtout dans la chambre (sous le toit).

Chalet typique au cœur de Gstaad

Ce chalet typique est idéalement situé en zone piétonne de Gstaad, ce qui permet d'oublier la voiture le temps du séjour. Conformé aux photos présentées sur le site. Bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est quelqu'un de très arrangeant.

Seul bémol : l'accès aux deux lits en mezzanine et la hauteur des balustrades qui ne sont pas adaptés pour des enfants en bas âge.
