An outstanding location in the Salis area of Cap D'Antibes, very close to both Juan Les Pins and Antibes, in a private gated residence which has its own swimming pool. The apartment has upper and lower terraces with a small private garden within the outer garden. The terrace will take 6 people around the table as well as sun loungers. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful and exclusive holiday locations in Europe.

Wi FI and air con are included and

TV with UK satellite channels, DVDs, books, local guides and maps, restaurant recommendations, board /card games and beach toys, bikes, high chair, cot, towels and bedding are all provided. Maid service is available if required.

Built in 1988, the villa is fully furnished with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds which can be as one), 1 room with large bunk beds. All beds have good mattresses. 1 bathroom with bath and shower & separate WC downstairs with basin. There is a washing machine and sofa bed. TV with UK satellite channels and a selection of DVD’s and own secure garage for parking - accessed via electric gate. Accommodation is for 4 or 5 persons. It is ideal for families with 2 - 3 children or couples who wish for a quiet location close to all amenities.

Lovely, quiet property

A very comfortable property with a new kitchen that meant we didn't have to go out for dinner every night. The pool was very refreshing and the nearby beach and lighthouse were great for ice cream stops.

The villa is in a very quiet, residential area with many trees and is perfect for relaxing, yet within easy reach by foot or via the Navette bus of the shops, beaches and all amenities.

Please note the beaches here are all sandy, this is not the case in Nice. Note there is Skiing in the winter only 1 1/2 hours away.
