Superb, panoramic, sea views! This lovely 45m2, south facing apartment looks out to the beautiful Iles D'Or.
A fully equipped, open plan, modern kitchen and lounge with a double sofa bed and sky t.v leads to a 16m2 balcony with outside dining furniture and sun loungers to soak up the all day sun. The bedroom has a large double bed with a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers and patio doors leading onto the balcony. There is a modern bathroom and separate w.c. This apartment is privileged to be part of a small complex in a quiet and calm position with private and secure parking. The views from this elevated spot are fantastic, yet the popular town of Le Lavandou, with it's long, sandy beaches, port, restaurants and amenities is only a 300m walk away.
PLEASE NOTE - Our other apartment, reference 1005566, 3 bed, sleeps 8 , which is just below this one, can be rented at the same time so overall both apts although separate can sleep 12. Ideal for a couple of families.
Le Lavandou boasts a long, sandy beach and offers many watersports, such as water skiing, paragliding, sailing, etc. The town itself has lots of restaurants, bars and shops and other amenities. It is linked by a lovely Coastal path to the pretty beaches of St Clair and La Fossette. Cavaliere and Aigue belle are accessible via the scenic Coastal drive or cycle path. If the beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Levant and Porquerolles are not enough, Le Lavandou is framed by the breathtaking Mas Des Maures hills, where there are many unspoilt, provencal villages to be explored, such as Bormes Les Mimosas and Collobrieres.
We just needed a quiet week to relax and couldn't have asked for a better place. A three minute walk to the town for croissants and a paper and the rest of the morning soaking up the sun on the balcony never tiring of the wonderful view. The apartment was well equipped, light and modern and even when we sat inside in the evening the view through the large patio door was still as lovely. Can't wait until our next visit!!!
The apartment is very conveniently situated, being close enough to Le Lavandou for an easy stroll down to the town, but far enough away to enjoy peace & quiet. Le Lavandou has numerous restaurants & the best bread shop is the one nearest. The apartment was very clean & well maintained & contained all you could wish for. However, what made the holiday for us, was the view from the balcony, which still took our breath away, even on the last day. To have a meal, with that view as a backdrop, was special every time. We shall certainly be returning.
Fantastic location with a wonderful view from the balcony. Walking distance to the village. Well equipped apartment.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is clean, comfortable and well-located. the owners were extremely helpful. Le Lavandou is a lovely beach resort with all of the appeal of the seaside as well as easy access to the culture and countryside of Provence. We would certainly recommend the property.
Extremely helpful owner before and during our stay, excellently appointed apartment with everything you need, except wi fi?.
The view from the balcony is to die for... Great location which all added up to a fantastic holiday.
Wow.......what a great time we had in this lovely apartment in Le Lavandou.Very clean and comfy with everything you would need, and the high ceiling makes it feel even larger. And what a view! ....even better than the photos! The owners Simon and Lynn were so helpful with the booking, our preperations for getting there and local information to make our stay special. Le Lavandou is a charming town with plenty shops and restaurants and nice beaches, and a good market on a thursday. Local buses are cheap to take you around so try going to Les Bormes Mimosas and St Tropez for a good day out. A visit to the island of Porquerolles is a must for great walks or hire bikes to get around quicker. Plenty more to do but like us you may not want to leave the terrace with that wonderful view of the sea and passing boats!! Thanks again to Simon and Lynn for a great holiday and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to friends and family but part of me wants to keep it our secret !! Hope to return one day as missing it already!
We would definitely recommend this property. Its a short walk down to the centre where there is a beach, shops and restaurants. A car was a must for us as there are so many beaches to explore along the coast and we had a fantastic time doing so. The property itself was perfect for a couple and toddler. It was clean, well maintained and we found the owners to be extremely friendly, helpful and always available if needed. The only negative about the holiday was that it was too short!
