Well equipped 3 bedroom house in a wonderful location with stunning views provides for cosy & relaxing days and nights. The house is part of a small development of 4 terraced houses where you will definitely find peace & privacy. You will be located right on the sea front with private tropical gardens leading by stairs to easy/direct sea access. The closest beach is 2 minutes walk or 5 minutes swim away! There are 3 bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes, one being double room and two twin rooms. Two bedrooms overlook the sea.The comfortable and large lounge/diner has a balcony with dining for six people overlooking the sea towards the Island of Dragonera. The fully fitted kitchen also looks out over the sea. On the large roof terrace, which enjoys the sun all day, you can enjoy alfresco dining with views, soft sea breezes and sunsets. On the ground floor is a large storage/basement area, with shower cubicle, which leads on to a patio area with a table and chairs for six people.

There are 2 very safe beaches in the village, Sant Elm is a natural harbour and the sea is very shallow for 20 meters making an excellent place for children to play. The village is well serviced by a number of very good restaurants, cafes and bars and whilst it is a 'resort' it still retains all of it's original charm and has not allowed itself to become 'touristy'. Sant Elm is a place where many Mallorcan people have a holiday home which they use at weekends and in August. There are a couple of small 'supermarkets' and bakers, a bank and a pharmacy which cater for all daily needs, with the closest big supermarket a 10 minute drive away.

First of all we want to thank you again for your great hospitality. We had such a wonderful time in your cosy house in St. Elm. Everything was perfekt, the weather, the warm water, the location. We made wonderful hikes and enjoyed the fresh fish, the market in Andratx, all the nice restaurants and so on....

And now we would like to ask, if you can reserve your house for us in September 2013. We really would like to come back and enjoy more from this wonderful place.

A beautiful place of paradise..

This rent is a place of dreams ..

First, the owners are really lovely people and very accommodating. It is a pleasure to correspond with them, only regret not having met them !

The person who greets us in Sant Elm, is really nice and friendly. She introduces us to the house and everything is even better than the pictures, we had full eyes :)

Then, the house is very spacious, clean, well equipped, well located with stunning views and beautiful view !

The three terraces are very significant and each uses at different times of the day. It was also nice to watch the stars at night on the terrace at the top, while listening to the sound of the sea and feeling a slight warm breeze, pure scenery !

We also loved falling asleep leaving us lulled by the waves, it was a real pleasure..

To be able to swim, dive just down the lease and go to the beach in this way was also a real treat !

The shower on the ground floor can not dirty the house when we go back to the beach and it is very convenient ;)

The small garden in the courtyard, pretty flowers everywhere, it was also very exotic.

The whole family had a great time in this lovely rental and the holiday was more than successful !

Sant Elm is a small village where life is good, restaurants, enceimadas, its sangrias, its wonderful views, its walking trails with the delicious smells of pine and the leasing, all gave a wonderful holiday !

You can either rent a car, take the bus or a taxi to visit other parts of the island not to be missed.

It is with great pleasure that we will be back :)

Great house, Great View, Great Location!!!

Why fly half the way around the world when you can be enjoying this view on a two hour flight from home(UK)!!!

Super holiday in a lovely, spacious, clean and well located holiday home.

We are a family of four - Mum, Dad and teenagers 17 and 15. There is something for all ages here, our two loved the kayaks that are generously provided for use. Our son loves to fish, swim and snorkel which can all be done straight in front of the house off a sunbathing platform - two sandy coves and one rocky cove with a free saltwater swimming pool all within a few minutes walk - perfect for a lazy summer holiday! I'm sure it would be great in cooler weather to enjoy lots of walks in the pretty countryside.

The house has not one but three terraces to chose from, WIFI, and TV if you want to catch up with the world, I prefer a good book and the sound of the sea!

The downstairs shower is great after the beach as is the washer and dryer and lots of storage space.

Sant Elm is a very pretty place with plenty of shops and eating places but still manages to keep fairly quiet. We love it and have been coming back for a number of years.

We hire a car as we like to visit other areas of the Island, but you would be ok getting a taxi from the airport if you do not want a car as everything you need is in the village.

We loved our holiday and are booked again for next year as it suits our family, being a friendly safe beautiful village with crystal blue water. This house is in a perfect location with owners who are very helpful and organised.

Perfect maintainded and clean appartment

Fantastic Sea view from 2 separate terrace's and one balcony. Nice interior and technical equipment (WLAN, flat TV). Very safe and quite location. Very good shape of the whole appartment, garden etc.The only recommendation we would like to share is that may at the balcony a blind or "sun blocker" for the evening hours will increase the comfort level.

Overall we received a very warm welcome and we could really enjoy the whole vacation period. Strongy recommended to families or people who likes it a bit quite and fancy. If we go back to Mallorca we will definetly choose Sant Elm and if possible this appartment !

Better than a Post Card

It's not often reality looks prettier than a post card, but our family of six agree this rental exceeded our expectations...and they were high.

You could not ask for a better location. We enjoyed how close we were to two beautiful beaches. Every morning my husband and I would wake up, walk five minutes down to the pedestrian area and buy fresh baked goods for our girls' breakfast and a newspaper for ourselves. Our favorite spot to relax morning, noon, and night was the main level balcony. The sea breeze, light sounds of laughter from the beach, and gentle waves against the rocks below all offered a true beach vacation experience.

The interior of the apartment was bright, clean, and offered all the comforts of home. Having a washer/dryer in the basement area along with a shower was wonderful. Coming in from the beach and showering off before heading upstairs to the living area was an added bonus I had not expected.

We all had our favorites. Our four year old loved the lovely garden off the patio (and nice neighbors), our ten year old loved watching the sun set from her bunk bed, and our two teenagers loved the flat screen TV and direct access to the sea. My husband and I loved the ease of the property and its location. We walked to wonderful trails, restaurants, shopping, bakeries, and even were able to walk to the boat dock that took our family to the island of Dragonera (highly recommend). I also loved the how light and airy the entire home felt. In a word, happy.

If I were forced to make a recommendation, I would suggest duvets for the master bedroom.

If you want to stay in a lovely home that offers sea views that rival post cards, and has easy access to shops and dining, this is your place! Really, you don't need a car, just your flip flops :)

Underbart semesterhus och läge i Sant Elm

Vi kom till en lugn och skön plats i Sant Elm, en kort promenad till byns centrum från huset. Vi tyckte om att vandra längs havet, små mysiga restauranger med god mat. I huset trivdes vi utmärkt. Uppe på takterassen hade vi en underbar utsikt över havsviken. Snyggt och propert överallt i huset. Huset var härligt beläget strax ovanför havet, bara några trappor ner till vårt sköna bad som vi nästan fick ha för oss själva. Rekommenderar på det varmaste läget och huset. Vi tänker återvända igen till våren.

Extended summer

We spent four enjoyable days in this very nice apartment with a beautiful sea view. Just below the apartment you could jump into the sea for a swim, or you could reach a perfect village beach in a few minutes. The most fantastic thing for us was possibility for wandering in the mountains nearby, reachable by foot from the apartment. The village also contained some nice restaurants and bars by the sea. I would like to ad that the owners of the apartment were very forthcoming. Highly recommend!

During the milder months, our house in Sant Elm offers a perfect base for walking / hiking / cycling. This area of the Tramuntana mountains and the nearby bird sanctuary of Dragonera has some of the best nature trails and viewpoints of the island.
