Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist areas of Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded the blue flag of the FEE ( Foundation for Environmental Education ) extend along nearly 9 miles of coastline, are of fine white sand and are equipped with all amenities. The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, clubs, sports, etc... and with all the facilities: supermarkets, pharmacies, public swimming pool ... close to the neighborhood, so you don’t need to move. From the village, you can reach any point on the island. The Parc Natural de s’Albufera is a few miles cycling, like the Parc of the public estate of Son Real (a unique natural landscape riddled with archaeological sites), which is accessible along the coast, walking, cycling or horse riding. A bus line connects Can Picafort to Puerto Alcudia, the Roman walled town of Alcudia, Puerto Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital. House rules
Electricity consumption and tourist tax are not included and we will ask you to leave a deposit of €100. We will note the electric meter upon arrival and departure and calculate the consumption that will be deducted from the deposit. The rest will be returned by bank transfer in a maximum of 7 business days.

The Parliament of the Balearic Islands approved law 2/2016, of March 30, which creates a tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands. Since July 2016, a tourist tax has been charged in the Balearic Islands, as has been done in other destinations in Europe. In the Balearic Islands, it is known as ecotax or tourist tax, tourists must pay and, as a general rule, the money is used to finance tourist infrastructure. For tourist vacation homes, a rate of €2.20/day from May to October and €0.55/day from November to April applies, for people over 16 years of age. This payment is mandatory and will be collected on-site upon arrival.
