The condominium is located in a quiet position, a few steps from the beach, from the shops of first necessity such as supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist, bars, ice cream parlours, pizzerias, restaurants; it is also about 500 meters from "Viale Centrale" continuing along which you can reach in a few minutes the beautiful pedestrian street of the centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, where there are some of the main shops and prestigious boutiques of the city.

Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out until 10:00
