The Home sits in the lower part of the prestigious area of Lomados in a culdasac position, overlooking the Lomados hills and our bustling traditional coastal town & sea, which is a unique experience, as it remains unspoiled by mass tourism yet caters perfectly for those who enjoy a more peaceful holiday in the Municipal of Mogan; offering all you need for a great Vacation.

( The Holiday Home and Arguineguin are Not suitable for persons with mobility issues) Your private gated entrance has a short flight of steps leading to the spacious & private Sun terrace with extensive open views with sun from the early morning and throughout the day, ideal for breakfasting, and alfresco dining with a shaded pergola, also for relaxing and Sun Bathing, and having convenient Car parking outside the property.
All the amenities you need are a walk away in the lovely more traditional coastal fishing town of Arguineguin, with one of the best climates in the world; having a selection of Beaches and Coves being perfect for Sun lovers, walkers ,the active or a relaxing vacation; mountain and hill walks of lomados and the golden sands Beach Cove of Costa Alegre (with its sheltered sea pool) are approx 7 minutes walk. In the Lower part of town are the golden sands of El Perchel, and traditional Maranuelas beach both with a choice of restaurants shops and coffee by the shore. A stroll along the coastal path takes you to various coves, patalavaca beach and the Caribbean sands of Anfi del mar. Fast fibre stable and unlimited 5G WiFi is supplied free of charge should you need to study or work while away, or simply keep in touch with family and friends. All the facilities are in place for complete self catering in the fully equipped Deluxe separate Kitchen with a fully filtered drinking water system, soft Close cabinets and full granite surfaces throughout ; All necessary products for the kitchens care are supplied you will also find tea coffee wine etc on arrival. For Dining out, there are a comprehensive selection of Restaurants in the town and by the ocean to suit every palate with a range of Shops and Supermarkets, while amongst the winding Lanes there is a further selection of Restaurants street cafe's and Bars ; There is both an excellent Taxi and bus service available from Arguineguin to all areas, Car hire while not essential is advantages for golfers, with 3, 18 hole courses within a 15 minute drive, and for those who wish to explore our mountain villages, cosmopolitan las palmas and the beautiful northern landscape.
For an evening at home, the comfortable lounge ( Offers Movistar t.v) with a selection of Channels -changeable to English, the MP3 player supplied offers a selection of cds; The lounge leads directly out to the private and spacious terrace with open views.
There are two Bedrooms via the stairs, the Master Bedroom shares the open views, has a King size bed with over head silent fans for a comfortable night, a large amount of storage with Double fitted his and hers wardrobes containing a built in safe, ample drawer space plus full double glazing throughout.
The guest Bedroom also has a king double bed ( which can be set as twins if requested also with double fitted wardrobes, drawers, over head silent fans and double glazing. The main Bathroom is central to both bedrooms with a shower over low level step in bath, there is also a small convenient courtesy toilet on the ground floor. The Home is kept to a high standard at all times due to a local company maintenance service and has been comprehensively and recently Updated in 2023. (There is an office & storeroom at street level with a seperate entrance from the property for the occasional use of staff. Should you have any further questions regarding the holiday home feel free to enquire using ask the owner. A linen change for two week stays and above are included also the final clean after check out.
Beautiful Sunsets can be experienced by the harbour while enjoying a drink or Dinner, the harbour is Famous for its fishing Fleet, delivering many types of fresh tuna, Shell fish, and all types of white fish to Restaurants and local supermarkets Daily. From the harbour you can take regular boat trips along the Beautiful Coastline while the Coastal path walk takes you to the stunning White Caribbean Beach of Anfi Del Mar, with Restaurants bars beaches and coves along the walk, walking, swimming, Cycling , diving , deep sea fishing and mountain biking are very popular with a Pro bike hire shop a short walk away. Water sports facilities of all types are available in nearby Anfi and Puerto Rico base. Lopesan Meloneras golf course, Anfi Tauro Golf course and Salobre Golf are very popular throughout the year.
There is an excellent taxi service in Arguineguin and a regular bus line taking you in and around the Island, Taxi's are also readily available outside arrivals at the Airport, there is a direct bus from the airport to Arguineguin the no 91.

Anfi Del Mar is 6 mins by car/Mogan/ Playa Ingles/ Puerto Rico/ Meloneras/Maspalomas /Playa del Ingles/ Playa Amadores/ Salobre Golf/ Tauro Golf/ San Augustin etc are all within a 15 min drive as Arguineguin Is central to all resorts. While not essential the majority of our guests choose car hire to experience our Beautiful Island the Stunning Northern landscape and villages also visiting the cosmopolitan capital of Las palmas which is approx 1 hour away. Should you choose to hire a car, parking is outside the property.

From our first contact with the property Manager Sue, we knew we were coming to a well organised property. Communication was clear and timely, the property was very clean and had all we needed for a relaxing stay just a few minutes walk down to the town, beach and waterfront.

The best quality rental apartment we have ever stayed in
Beautifully presented and immaculately clean property. The outstanding thing is the high quality of ALL the equipment in the apartment. Fantastic kitchen wth quality appliances, extremely well equipped with everything for serious self-catering cooking (loads of sharp knives - who ever finds them in a rental property?). Very comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Superb lounge (bigger and more comfortable than it looks on the photos) with massive TV and good quality hifi. Library of books and CD's. Excellent utility room. Loads of shade and sun on the terrace with very comfortable sunloungers & reclining chairs. If you love walking, the location is brilliant - a short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. If you struggle with hills or steps, you should have a car or other means of getting around. The manager Sue was extremely helpful and always available on Whatsapp for any queries. Although it sleeps four, and there are two sunbeds and two loungers on the terrace, the kitchen, lounge and dining options might feel a bit cramped. We were there as a couple, so had all the room in the world. We wouldn't hesitate to return and hope we can asap.

Our vacation home is a delightful and pretty semi detached home both the area and our home offers a superior standard and sits in a culdasac within walking distance to pretty coves and beaches shops of all types and supermarkets in a pretty bustling coastal town that has no set season retaining many traditional aspects and is a year round destination that most importantly is unspoiled by mass Tourism, we think that this makes it quite unique. We love nothing more than relaxing on our private terrace dining Al - fresco and enjoying the fantastic winter climate, also the views and location and the proximity to our fishing town, catering very well for us in every aspect making us feel right at home every time we visit, strolling along by the ocean or enjoying a coffee by the sea shore or a snack lunch or dinner as we have a wonderful choice here and it is only thirty minutes from the airport in the glorious south of the island.
We love nothing more than our holiday in this little bit of paradise and sincerely hope that you enjoy it as well, we feel sure once discovered you will fall in love with Arguineguin and like many of our guests will want to return just as we have, after many years of searching we found what we were looking for.
