Nice apartment
Good and easy communication. Nice apartment with big pool.
Apartment near to main street so it was quite noisy during night and distant from city beach and old town. If you are not sensitive to described below its good place to stay.

New house
New house with all facilities, very well situated in quiet area of l'Escala.
Airco only works if all windows and doors are closed. That generates practical problems: if you go out early, there is a bleep in every room when you close the door behind you, if you open the bathroom window for aeration, there's no airco in the other rooms.
