The apartment is well maintained and comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one of which is en suite, kitchen with breakfast area, spacious living/dining room which opens out onto the balcony overlooking the marina.
There is a secure door-entry intercom system, lift access, allocated secure car park space and landline telephone for local calls.

Dolphin trips at Marina Bay.
Victoria Stadium for tennis, paddle tennis, squash, badminton and other activities - courts need to be booked but are free of charge.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay in the apartment in July 2016, great location very central for all the attractions. The property was clean and well equipped. Just lovely to sit on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine watching the world go by. Ate at Charlie's which is very close, great selection of food with a wonderful view of the boats. The whole family loved the trip up the rock to see the monkeys, views from the top are fabulous. Enjoyed it so much we have all ready booked for next year and can't wait. Thank you Vivian for all your help.
Lovely apartment and great owners we were met by a lovely lady called Tessie with all information on apartment etc She said you have my phone no if you need anything call me and she left a very nice food parcel in fridge
And all though I made a mistake with the booking dates Vivian swapped around and kindly got us in
All round you will not find a better apartment right in the centre of everything

Just returned from an amazing holiday and our wedding couldn't of picked a better apartment to stay in, really was everything we could of wished for, location was fantastic and views were lovely, thanks for letting us stay we will definitely be returning in the future.
Just returned from a short two night stop at this apartment. Its spacious, clean, well furnished, well equipped with fantastic views from the lounge over the marina. We kept the curtains open at night to take in the lights.
We received a friendly welcome from the owners sister who had very kindly left bread, milk tea, coffee etc to help us settle in before we set off for the shops.
We travel to Gibraltar regularly ( 5 or 6 times a year) and have previously stayed in a hotel, we wont be doing that again as having this apartment was so much better.
We had a great traditional Spanish breakfast one morning in La Puerta which is a small cafe in the market and lunch Sunday at The Lounge at Queensway Marina which was a really good find.
I highly recommend this apartment - you wont go wrong if you book to stay here.
We stayed in this apartment at very short notice - 1 day to be exact. The owners were extremely helpful and organised everything in an hour. The location is good being on the marina next to Ocean Village and within a stones throw of Casemates Square. Everything in Gibraltar is easy to get to, bus terminal is just round the corner, but if you like walking you can get to most locations on foot. Beautiful modern apartment with all the amenities you could wish for. Comfortable beds, quality furniture and fittings, all the appliances required and plenty of english TV channels.Very spacious and with good views. Plenty of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes in close proximatey and even a Morrisons supermarket if you need it. We highly recommend this apartment and The Rock in general it is a great place to spend some time and chill out.
L´appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Il se trouve à moins de 5 minutes á pied de la vieille ville. Il est très joliment agencé
et très confortable. Les lits sont également très confortables. Il a différentes vues :
mer, sommet du rocher, château mauresque. Il dispose d´un emplacement pour voiture sous l´immeuble (très appréciable à Gibraltar). La propriétaire ainsi que la personne de contact sont très aimables et très réactives. Bref à refaire sans hésitation.

Gibraltar Airport and the Spanish Border are easily accessible by bus, taxi or on foot.
The new marina has a wide range of shops and restaurants, together with a new Casino.
Dolphin Safaris and fishing trips can be taken from the Marina.
A visit to Gibraltar is not complete without a trip on the cable car to the Upper Rock Nature Reserve - home to the famous Barbary Apes, St Michaels Cave and the historic Great Siege Tunnels.
Amongst other places of interest are the WWII tunnels, Lower St Michael's Cave, Trafalgar Cemetery and the Gibraltar Museum.
Birdwatchers' Delight - Each Spring and Autumn, the Rock becomes a staging post for hundreds of thousands of migrating birds flying between their breeding grounds in Northern Europe and their wintering areas in tropical Africa. Resident species such as Peregrine Falcons, Blue Rock Thrush and Barbary Partridge are joined by owls and eagles, harriers and hoopoes, buzzards and black kites.
There are a number of beaches within a very short distance.
Numerous golf courses across the border, within half an hour's drive - the most famous being Valderrama where the 1997 Ryder Cup was played.
