This elegant 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome has a convenient location at the Teton Pines Resort, just south of the Aspens. This property has been designed for comfort and style, a true cut above what you would expect from a rental property. Conveniently located close to the Aspens Market, bike path and START bus stop, this property is near the Teton Pines Resort, which features a spectacular and challenging 18-hole course designed by Arnold Palmer. The Clubhouse has a beautiful restaurant and bar where locals and visitors alike are warmly welcomed. Visitor memberships or daily golf greens fees are available. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is only a 10 minute drive, just before the Moose Wilson Road entrance to Grand Teton National Park.
This two-level home includes many updated and modern furnishings, featuring the main living space on the second floor. Upon entering on the first floor, you will access an entry foyer with access to a staircase to the second level. The laundry room is on the right with washer and dryer. Beyond the laundry room lie two comfortable and inviting bedrooms, both with access via glass sliding doors to a covered deck. The hot tub is located on this level. The bedroom on the right has a king bed, HDTV, and en suite tiled bathroom with beautiful granite vanity counter top and large walk-in tiled shower. The bedroom on the left has two twin beds and an en suite bathroom.
Western themed artwork nicely complements the tasteful decor throughout the home. The powder room is situated in between the master suite and kitchen/living/dining areas. Please note that the master bedroom on this level has been locked off and is not available for guest use.
An impressive stone fireplace is a central feature in the living room. Relax on the cozy couch and watch the game or a movie on the flat screen TV. Glass sliding doors lead to the covered porch with barbecue grill. Take a moment to admire the view from dining room table which has seating for six. The gourmet kitchen is open to the dining and living areas, enabling the cooks in your group to engage with all of you. The breakfast bar has stool seating for four. The kitchen was designed with a chef in mind, featuring high end stainless steel appliances. The exquisite counter tops accent the custom wood cabinetry perfectly. The flooring in the kitchen, dining, and living areas are wood, accented with stylish western area rugs. Please note: firewood is not supplied.

This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.
Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
