The house is situated in the north of Cáceres, in the municipality of Trassierra Tierras de Granadilla, on a plain, just a stone's throw from the River Ambroz and Alagón valleys. It borders with the province of Salamanca and the Gabriel y Galán Reservoir, as well as being close to the abandoned ghost village of Granadilla, which is a place of National Tourism Interest.
The village has its own microclimate. To the west of the Roman Ruta de la Plata or Silver Route, a lovely place to spend a few relaxing days, with the possibility of admiring beautiful scenery, surrounded by Holm oaks and cork oaks in the lowlands, and oak and chestnut trees higher up.
The house has an antimite system with a machine that purifies the air in the different areas, eliminating pollen, fungus, fumes and smells, substances that are floating in the air, and has been specially created for people with problems with allergies and asthma.
The accommodation is rented as a whole or per room (a minimum two rooms and a minimum of two days)
