Great property in a great location -- nice sandy beach, easy access to dive sites, great pool. The condo was very large and well-stocked. The owner was great to work with. I cannot think of anything negative about the experience.

Why they chose this property

Residencias Reef Condominiums is a quiet, tropical resort style development with a large natural private beach; thus, feels like "vacation" as soon as you arrive. The staff are friendly; Cozumel has a variety of activities and excellent restaurants, yet less expensive than Cancun area, the eastern Caribbean and Hawaii; the water color and temperature are spectacular; Cozumel is never crowded (except by the cruise ship terminals); it's fun to be in a different culture and practice Spanish.
(Cozumel is a quiet island and not really for those seeking lots of people for a party nightlife).

What makes this property unique

Fantastic views from the living room/Master bedroom and terraces; Private/quiet beach; beautiful tropical development; 2 Heated pools; away from town and the cruise ships so very quiet; short walk to beach clubs for lunch and entertainment for kids.
