burner set in the original stone inglenook fireplace with the featured
bread oven and comfortable sofa and armchairs set around. SKY TV with

has a dining table and chairs.

Local wildlife - There are many types of large and small birds
attracted by environmental schemes such as Tir Gofal encouraging
landowners not to farm so intensively. There are acres of "set aside"
planted with winter oats to encourage a wide variety of birds including
yellow hammers, lapwings with their beautiful call and the majestic Red
Location - This is a great location for walkers too with footpaths
close by, Brecon just 1 and a half miles away and approximately a 20
minute walk via footpaths to the popular and friendly Three Horseshoes
Pub in Groesfford.
