Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms both are Showers, (Sleeps 6)

This two bedroom/two bathroom condominium is located on the sunny south shore of Kauai at Poipu Beach, at Nihi Kai Villas.

For the comfort of our guests we are now providing air conditioning in both bedrooms. My property is managed by Parrish Kauai.

Unit 802 is in a quiet location, with a view of the ocean and lovely sunsets. It is well located for all the wonderful vacation activities of Kauai - a few minute walk to the ocean through the beautiful grounds at Nihi Kai. Walk to Poipu and Brennecke's Beaches for swimming, snorkeling and surfing. There is a tennis court and a heated swimming pool on the site, and a five-minute drive to two great golf courses. Many nice restaurants such as Brennecke's Broiler are within walking distance. Or you can head over to Kalapaki Joes for their wonderful Happy Hour from 3 to 6.

We strive to keep our condo updated with amenities to make your vacation a little more comfortable.

We are fully equipped with cable TV, Blue Ray Player, full kitchen, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. High speed cable internet access is also provided. It is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation stay to the fullest.

We also provide other items for our guests to use which include Boogie Boards, Wheeled Ice Chest, Tommy Bahama Umbrella, 2 Tennis Rackets, and a Collapsible Wagon.

About Kristin

My first trip to Kauai was in 2009 and we fell in love with the South Shore. Upon arriving home, I immediately booked my 2010 trip. While vacationing we purchased our Nihi Kai Condo. We love the area and being able to walk to Brennecke's so our child can Boogie Board for hours. We want to make our second home special for others and hope they enjoy it as much as we do. Lovely landscaping,

Well kept grounds, s.ignage for locating check-in office could be easier to find. The unit was very well stocked with everything I needed. Even in December during one of the chilliest weeks the locals said they could remember, the upstairs got uncomfortably warm even with fans.

The bedrooms would have been nicer with bare floors instead of carpet. Carpet appeared clean, but with humidity bare would have been preferred. Appreciated that unit had a full size washer and dryer.

Great condo and location!

Everything about our experience was perfect! Owner and property management staff were so friendly and very quick to reply. We were so happy with the location, size and cleanliness of the condo. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation including anything you need for a relaxing beach day. Most of our meals were prepared at the condo and I can't think of anything that wasn't thought of as well as things needed to pack a lunch for our daily excursions. The condo has a beautiful view and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the upstairs deck. We used the BBQ a couple of times and it was clean and close to the condo. We checked out many beaches around the island and in our opinion the one closest to us (five minute walk) was one of the best for swimming and snorkelling. I would recommend this condo or should I return to this island I would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for helping us enjoy our first visit to Kauai!

Great Location!

My husband and I recently stayed in this condo for almost a month with another couple. It was the first trip to Hawaii for all of us and we absolutely loved Kauai and the condo itself. We were all over the island and agreed that we had picked the best area to stay in. The condo itself is very well equipped, kitchen supplies are good quality and the beds are comfortable. The view of the grounds and a glimpse of the ocean are wonderful. The Nihi Kai Villas management team were very efficient and nice to deal with. We asked for a drying rack for our towels and swim suits and they picked up one for us quickly. Viewing sunset with a glass of wine on 'the wall' at the entrance to the grounds is a must!

We were disappointed to hear that someone already rented it for next year for 3 months - we will definitely be back to Kauai!

Where do you live?

Perfect location, well stocked condo

The condo is fully stocked with beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, snorkeling gears and even a wagon to haul everything to the beach. We travel with teenagers and the beaches for body surfing, snorkeling, turtle watching are only 5-10 minutes walk away. Condo is nicely renovated, no a/c, only fans for cross ventilation but this is typical of Kauai and we'd rather like it that way. Bedrooms and baths are downstairs so keep that in mind if limited mobility is an issue. Will recommend to friends and family.
