The house can be rented as a whole or per room.
Our house is situated in Herreros, a village of carts and blacksmiths; of oak and red cedar trees; of shepherds and pastures; of snow lined horizons. Along the south it ends in Sierra de Cabrejas, a refuge for the birds of prey, recently declared an Area of EU Interest, and the north the view extends to the peaks of the Sistema Ibérico.
On its other flanks we find forests and oak woods, and a little further to the west, the green sea of the Pinar Grande. Herreros also has another sea, with its beaches and rocks and all the possibilities of leisure that you can imagine in water: The Cuerda del Pozo Reservoir.
The house has two floors plus the loft, with four double rooms upstairs and two apartments downstairs. It is built in the centre of a 5,000 square metre garden, bordered with hedges and stone walls, full of cedar trees, fir trees and other trees that make it a superb refuge for numerous species of birdlife. There is a swimming pool and two terraces that bring the garden into the house, one sheltered with wooden red cedar wood beams, a fireplace-barbecue and the other to the south, protecting the entrance to the first floor.
Downstairs the large apartments overlook the garden. One of them has a fireplace and oven.
At the Rincón del Tejo you can taste the wines, meats and local mushrooms.
