In a splendid panoramic area, with breathtaking views of the Marina di Pescoluse, we find this convenient solution, recently renovated, which has externally private parking in front of the house, a lovely adjoining olive grove and a comfortable sea view terrace equipped to enjoy outdoor relaxation.
The house, inside, has an equipped kitchen; side corridor with access to the sleeping area where we find two bedrooms with mosquito nets and a full bathroom with shower.
The house also has a comfortable brick barbecue for good and delicious grilled food and an outdoor shower (with hot water), ideal when returning from the sea. Washing machine available.
The beach can be reached by car in 2 minutes, as well as the center of the resort where you will find many useful services, including: restaurants; ice cream; pizzerias; bar; kiosks; convenience store; tobacco shop; fish; etc.
For all other services such as banks, post offices and supermarkets we recommend Morciano di Leuca less than 3 km from home
