I rent a beautiful modern 150 m² villa with pool and reversible air-conditioning. This accommodation is new (2011) with new equipment and furniture (2013).
2-storey house which rooms of the ground floor have direct access to the terrace and the pool
On the first floor, there are panoramic views of the pond of Vendres
There is a summer kitchen with barbecue and sink and sunloungers and garden table for 10 at your disposal.
Sunny pool until nightfall
Secured pool with perimeter alarm system and heated in July and September
Outdoor toilet
To relax, a professional table football, a pinball machine and a table tennis table are at your disposal.
You can easily park thanks to a large space in front of the villa where you can also take part in a nice game of boules.
Close to beaches (5 min) and all amenities (10 min): shopping centre, banks, doctor, cinema and restaurants.

All in one

Great place with many rooms and not far from a large supermarket which we went to almost every day to get fresh groceries to then spend the day in the outdoor cooking area having a BBQ by the pool. It was windy and a bit cold when we went there but I'm certain later in the year you wouldn't want to get out of the pool. The garage also had many games to entertain us. Really enjoyed it, top marks and thank you!

A really 5 star Villa and Hosts

We had a fantastic 2 week stay in this very well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented Villa. There is everything you would possibly need for your stay, just too much to list but without doubt a 5 star property and very well looked after by the owners. Our lovely hosts Cecile, Phillippe and Damien made us very welcome and couldn't do enough for us during our stay, having a perfect balance of attentiveness while not intruding into your holiday. The Villa is just a few minutes’ walk away from the local Village and only about 10 minutes from great sandy beaches, where you'll find an assortment of Restaurants, Bars and Ice Cream shops. It is ideally site to explore a little further if you wished, with Beziers, Narbonne and Marseillan only a short drive away. I’d have no hesitation in recommending both the Property & our very kind Hosts.

The villa is in a strategic location. Indeed, 5 min from the house, you will find all the activities a seaside resort can offer during the high season (events, funfair, water activities, concerts, etc.) or enjoy the quietness of this location at the edge of the village.
There is a large ground in front of the villa to easily park your car and take part in a game of boules or football.
You want to enjoy our region before or after the high season?
Do not hesitate anymore, we heat the pool in June and September
In addition, you will fully enjoy the beach or visit our beautiful region without the tourist crowds of the high season.
