About Victor Barajas
Hi !! My name is Victor. I've been managing my own rental properties for more than 4 years now. I always do my best for you to have a superb stay! I've truly enjoyed sharing my home(s) and connecting with people from all over the U.S. and the world. I do believe in trusting people, and opening up our living spaces. I am also an avid traveler, having spent significant time in most major cities all over the U.S. during the last 9 years! I've also spent time overseas, visited Cuba, South America, Europe, all over Mexico, and I just got back from a month long trip in Southeast Asia! I love art, photography, cycling, reading, good food & great beer. I am an entrepreneur, and consultant for a federal government contractor. I am very involved in my community, and I strive to make El Paso a better city. I've refurbished spaces that keep the character of the home. This house in particular is from 1949. I couldn't just make it brand new. I had to refurbished and keep what made this house unique when it was first built.
Victor Barajas purchased this House in 2014
Why Victor Barajas chose El Paso
I bought this property because it has a lot of character. It was in really bad condition when I first bought it, but I knew that it had a lot of potential. I think the layout works great, and the size of it is perfect. We are used to having much larger homes, but this house allows you to experience the potential of living in a space that is under 900 sq ft.
What makes this House unique
I love the neighborhood that I live in. I actually live 5 minutes away from this house, just up the street on Fort Blvd. There are a lot mom and pop stores still around, and all the amenities that you would want from a neighborhood are within 10 minutes.

Cute renovated house!
Nice property! Cute, clean home for an outstanding price. Victor was responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful, clean, comfy
We love this adorable house. It was very comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and fully stocked for us. A nice size bathroom with a nice hot shower. In a great location. If we come again to El Paso, we will definitely stay in this place. Highly recommended.
Well located, clean interior, easy experience.
In town for a high school reunion and found the small home to be perfect for our needs. El Paso was hot, dry, and windy but we were comfortable with the air options in the home. We were located by a freeway which wasn't there 50 years ago but made travel around town really easy and we were delighted to find that an old favorite restaurant nearby, Kiki's, was still operating. Thanks for a lovely time.
Worst home we have ever stayed at.
The house was extremely hot.. it took forever for the small units in each room to cool it off. The towels did not smell clean, the bedding did not smell clean and the sheets in on one bed had a large circular stain as if they had been wet in or something spilled. The T.V. sound system seemed to have a short in it and would randomly and frequently make an EXTREMELY loud crackling / static noise that made it impossible to enjoy watching anything.Lastly, at 2;00 in the morning, the smoke detector in one of the bedrooms started beeping intermittently as though the battery needed to be changed. This was honestly the worst home we have ever stayed at.
Well.. it kinda seems like Lisa has a bit of an anger problem. I am sorry Lisa. It has to be tough carrying that.
The window units. You have to actually close the door, so it cools down the room. Just saying, which is included in the instructions. Reading goes a long way :)
The audio output cable (sound cable, probably got disconnected) no short, but I appreciate the electrical advice. Again, in the instructions, it tells you that you can turn off the sound system, and just press the volume on the TV.
As far as the smoke detector batteries, well. they don't really give you a notice when they are going to give up.
I make it clear to contact me, in case of any issues at all. I will go out of my way to make sure all your concerns are addressed.
You chose not to contact me. Instead, you bottled up that anger and vented in here. Unfortunately, as you can see in my other reviews.. guests have a really nice stay (I also have 970 +++ reviews in other rental services). Thanks!!
Fantastic El Paso stay!!
Victor’s home in El Paso was perfect for our first night traveling from Fort Worth to California. His house was so clean and tidy, the beds comfy and it was easy to find! We are the BEST enchiladas nearby and drove up the hill to see a gorgeous view of the city. Would highly recommend this home! Thanks again, Victor!
Comfortable and Clean
Cute place with character at a great price. We were very happy with our stay. No hotel room could hold a candle to the comfort and homeiness we felt here. Thank you for making us feel welcome!
