This 118 square meter apartment is located on the left bank between the rue de Buci, the Seine River & the Place Saint Michel.

The windows in the large living room overlook the Rue Saint André des Arts on one side of the room and the backyard on the other side.

The tall windows giving onto the street are triple glazed which keeps you away from the noise of the busy street.

The entrance gives way to the large, luminous living room and dining room. The kitchen is to the right, around the corner and towards the back of the apartment.

A small staircase secludes the huge master bedroom suite. A second bedroom is behind the living room and also has its ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a historical building from the 17th century.

Besides its size and optimal location, extra perks include, floor heating, fan for each room, a washer & dryer, dishwasher, oven, and all the cooking utensils that are needed to cook a delicious meal after a long day of sightseeing.

Huge place, great service and great location

The apartment is huge and the two bedrooms are quite far apart. The kitchen is better stocked than most places I've stayed. You can't tell from the picture, but both bedrooms have attached tub and/or shower. Strangely, the toilet rooms are completely separate from both. The bedroom in the back has a private toilet but the bedroom in front uses the common toilet near the dining room. Not a big deal though.

The apartment is located conveniently to the Metro and RER and lots of dining options. Grocery stores are nearby. Samia at GLAMAPARIS met us right away on arrival and responded quickly to all inquiries. I highly recommend you choose this property!!

Lovely Apartment, Perfect Location

We had a lovely time in this apartment. My husband and I stayed for 9 days with our 2 teenaged boys. It's perfectly situated if you want to be in the middle of bustling Paris. Place St. Michel is quite touristy, and noisy, so if you don't like that this might not be the place for you. We loved the easy access to many cafes, bistros, and crepe places, as well as the metro, train, and bus lines. Many major attraction (Notre Dame, Louvre, Sorbonne, Jardin de Luxembourg) are within walking distance. We were greeted on arrival by Joao who gave us great information on the neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment even more spacious that it looks in the pictures, with windows that look right over the street. The furniture was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Be aware that the two bedrooms are very far apart, which is perfect for 2 couples or with older children like ours, but might not be good if you have younger kids that you want to be close to at night. Although the apartment was very quiet with all windows shut, it was warm, even in April, so I can see that in the summer if you wanted to keep the windows open, it would be noisy at night, as other reviewers have said. A few small complaints - there is no internet in the master bedroom (I used a bunch of international data one night when I thought I was on wifi). There's really no excuse for that with the availability of signal repeaters. We couldn't get the oven to work but didn't try very hard. It looked like it needed to be reset or something. To be fair, we were given a contact number and could have tried to get these problems fixed, but we didn't bother. We also found the pillows to be very hard. But overall, we were very pleased with our home away from home in Paris.

The Perfect Paris Apartment

The apartment was wonderful, in a great location and exceeded our expectations. We loved how spacious it was, the beds were very comfortable and even with one of the bedrooms on the street there was no noise. We would definitely recommend this apartment and may even stay here again one day!

Spacious, Well Equipped and Convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious, well-appointed apartment. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for light cooking and supplies. And, the apartment couldn't have been more convenient! We were 50-100 meters from the Metro, RER and many bus lines making getting around Paris so easy. Thank you for a great vacation!

THE BEST LOCATION NEAR TO EVERYTHING

What can I say? we had an excellent time there. The apartment was as it is listing, accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, space, security. The property was clean and very well maintained and the apartment is near of everything. You are located in the heart of Paris, two blocks from Notre Dame. The people of ALPARAMIS was excellent from the begining. It was our first trip to Paris and we were like home. We were there per one month. About the amenities: you will have what you need and more in the kitchen, you will count with a washer and dryer machine if you want to use it, good air condition and heaters, nothing of noice from the street. There is a lot of information in the appartment to visit other places, where you can find a supermarket o points of interest.

During our vacations, we traveled much outside of the city of Paris and never had problems with our belongings we had left in the apartment.

We want to thank you to Paul and the people at Alparamis because was so easy to work with them. EXCELLENT service. They were so kind with us, Including they printed our flight tickets, and arrange for a taxi to reach the airport the last day when we travel back to our country. THANK YOU and we will contact you again because your company is (again) EXCELLENT

The apartment is centrally located in the Place Saint Michel, part of the charming neighborhood of Saint-Germain-des-Près.Historic and lively, the area contains plenty of great restaurants, bars, and cafés.

Nearby sight-seeing attractions include: the Saint Michel fountain, Saint Sulpice Church, Notre Dame, the Cluny Museum, the Luxembourg Gardens and the Louvre....All attractions are easily accessible by foot or metro.

Saint Germain des Près is one of the most enchanting parts of Paris. The surrounding cafés are the same ones visited by Jean-Paul Sartres, Simone de Beauvoir, and Pablo Picasso.

A tourist information booklet will be available in the apartment.

Metro Saint Michel (Line 4, RER B and C).

Bicycles for rent (Velibs) are a block away.

There is a taxi stop on the Quai des Grands Augustins, 20 meters away.

The RER B train goes directly to Charles de Gaulle Airport.

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and periods.

Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions. 2.5% for Visas, 3.5% for AMEX

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (except for children under 18)

For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins (any day after 7pm), Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50 €. fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
Wifi, international calling, cable TV, and final cleaning are included in the rate.
