This property is a wonderful place for children with a safe enclosed swimming pool area, and play-parks around the golf course. There are many wonderful walks including the pilgrim walks of San Pascal to San Pascal church.

The club house has a large cafeteria serving food all day and also a lovely restaurant with a set daily menu. Also at Alenda there is a large supermarket on site... offering a full selection of English and Spanish foods..

About Daphne & Malcolm Bath

I am a Yoga Teacher and my husband has his own business in wall and floor tiling.. We maintain the villa in a very good condition, We pride ourselves in keeping the villa in a perfect condition for our guests.

There are no personal items in the villa it has been bought with holiday rentals in mind. We like to keep it in the condition that we would expect, if we were renting a villa, everything is neat and tidy. Holidays are so important and must only be for to be relaxation, and free of stress and this property really offers that. WE hope that in the future we will be able to spend long lazy days in our second home... We chose Alicante as it has absolutely everything anybody would need for a holiday or for a living that is why we bought our lovely second home in Alicante

We bought this villa as it had been built by a well known English builder Taylor Woodrow and we bought it for the location and the wonderful view.. A view that could never change as we are front line golf view. The location is wonderful easy to get to Alicante and the Airport.

What makes this house unique

The unique benefits are that it is so close to the airport within 2.30 minutes we can be in wonderful Spain from the UK and resting in the villa. The golf course is excellent and there is a wonderful clubhouse and fitness centre within a short stroll

Rural gem.

Lovely large property in rural location, which would comfortably accommodate 2 families, car hire advised although local shop well stocked is about 10 min walk. Daphne and Malcolm are atttentive hosts and arranged an excellent welcome package which was very good value. Shared pool was fabulous and even though we were there in 35° heat it was never overcrowded. Great holiday.

Great location for golf and exploring

Excellent holiday villa, well equipped and perfectly located for golfing and for exploring the area. Close enough to the beach and the main attractions but quiet enough for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Everything you need for a fantastic vacation.

lovely holiday home

Very clean and tidy ideal holiday home for a family, great base to explore with lots of lovely villages and towns to visit and enjoy a taste of the real Spain plus large tourist resorts on hand if you want to have some bright lights, smashing pool the children had a great time, all the other families were lovely, good golf course reasonably priced, all in all great value for money i would definitely recommend

Very nice house, perfect location, well maintained

We were 2 adults, 3 chidrens, 2 teenagers in this very nice/clean house, and still we had plenty of room! The pool is just outside the house which is perfect for the children. The Arlenda Golf resort is just a few hundred meters down the road with a nice gym. Situated close to the motorway and some 20 km by car to Alicante Center, nice beaches, restaurants, shopping etc.

The owners Daphne and Malcom are very helpfull and gurantee a super service, and we give the owners/property our best recommendations. We consider to come back again

Beautiful and relaxing

The property and grounds are stunning, as it also the villa itself. My friends and i wanted a nice relaxing holiday and thats we got, the pool was quiet pretty much all day so it felt like we had our own pool! The villa is nice and has everything you need, the supermarket was also great and within walking distance from the villa. All in all definately value for money. Benidorm cost us 80 euros in a taxi, that was the only night out we had, the club house was also very nice, you will definately need a car to drive but elche is nice and so is alicante. I would definately go back to the villa and Daphne and Malcolm where also very helpful.

Alenda Golf is siutuated within 12 minutes drive of Alicante City........Alicante City is a buzzing City with an abundance of shops and department stores........The night life around the port and the Castle offers an excellent range of bars and restuarants which stay open until the early hours......... The nearest town to Alenda is Aspe

which is a smart Spanish town offering supermarkets and shops. There is also an undercover market. In the central square by the church you will find an excellent tapas bar. ............. Within a 15 minutes drive there is

...... San Juan beach..........Santa Pola beach.................. Elche ,the palm tree capital of Spain, is a lovely town

full of character and history, with beautiful parks and fountains . It offers cultural and pleasurable actitivities.............

Benidorm is about 25 minutes away with its host of holiday actitivities including theme parks and aqua parks.

Golf: Alenda Golf offers a splendid 18 hole golf course PAR 72 and 6257

metres on a mountain course overlooking the sea. The first nine holes are entertaining and easier to play with wide fairways (which help tee shots) limited by pines, carob trees and palm trees. On the contrary the second 9 holes require a higher concentration being more technical and precision is more important than distance. Pre course bookings can be arranged by

prior arrangement. 52 Euros.
