Beachers Lodge is located on relaxing Anastasia Island 9 miles south of St. Augustine. It is nestled between a beautiful white sandy beach and the intercoastal waterway. It offers a heated swimming pool, private ocean front balcony, full kitchen, and newly remodeled interior. This queen suite accommodates two to four people. We offer 6 oceanfront units at Beacher's Lodge. If this one is not open we will offer you the option of others in the same building. Further info on our units is available at staugustinevacation net

St. Augustine offers a wide variety of activities. It is the oldest city in North America featuring the fort, Castillo de San Marcos, the St. Augustine lighthouse, and countless historical sites of interest. It also offers fine dining, shopping, and recreational opportunities galore.

These are truly 'Oceanfront' Condominiums. Condominiums on floors 1, 2, 3 & 4 offer direct ocean and beach views. From the all of the wonderful comments we get, we and our renters say you will enjoy your stay at our condos!

We have owned our first condo since 2000. We take pride in our condos. We have worked very hard to maintain an updated and very clean unit for all of our guests' enjoyment. We just bought our second condo at Beachers Lodge. I oversee 4 other condos along with both of our condos.

Extreme Quality and Attention to small details! Worth every penny!

We stayed in unit 119 and were absolutely taken back how nice everything was  in the room and the premises.  We could tell you really take care of the smallest of details which makes the room so great.  And it was so clean too!  We have been renting condos and also use our RCI ownership to stay at various places throughout the country for over 30 years.  Both my wife and I agree that unit 119 at Beachers Lodge was the best deal we have ever received for such a lovely resort room   Thank you thank you thank you Jory. 

I sure hope you will have us back.  And by the way, Jane was a lot of help and very accessible!!!

Peace, Ocean and Adventure

We stayed recently in unit #402 while we toured the rich history of St. Augustine. What a great place if you love history and going to the beach. It was just the two of us, and we were very pleased with the amenities and the location. It's far enough away from the city to be peaceful and enjoyable but close enough to go adventuring into the city and the business district. We could see from the guestbook that the owners continue to visit and improve the condo and make it even more comfortable and inviting. This unit is on the south end of the Beachers Lodge building, which overlooks the warmed, salt-water pool. From this end of the building, we had easy access to the pool, the beach walkway, and the grilling area. The view of the dunes, beach, and ocean are beautiful, especially during sunrise and sunset. We took pleasant walks along the beach in the evening and got to see actively nesting sea-turtles from the beach walkway! We loved all the information books the owners provided about the electronics, local restaurants, and the attractions in the area. The kitchen is stocked with just about anything you'd need if you wanted to have meals in. Unit #402 is perfect size for the two of us. We didn't use the couch hide-a-bed, so I don't know if it would be comfortable with 4 people in the unit. We liked eating at Violas, Red Frog & McToad's, South Beach Grill and we had ice cream every evening at Cone Heads, just up the road in the St. Augustine Beach area. The owners and the manager(Jane) were great at communicating with us and making sure we had all the information we needed. When we visit St. Augustine and Crescent Beach again, we'll definitely check to see if their units are available to be booked.

Unit 402 Wonderful view and Location!

Had a wonderful couple days here! Everything in the condo works and is logically located! Added bonus of books on local birds and shells as well as "How to use the TV and music system" and another one on local attractions and restaurants. Waking up to the sunrise is awesome!

Very Enjoyable and great location

It was a rough start with Hurricane Hermine coming up the path that we were suppose to take to get to our last summer vacation for the year! We made it there and Jane was very responsive. We had unit 209 because the rest were reserved. Although the unit is small you can not beat the ocean front view . Just to wake up and see the ocean and sit outside with my coffee and enjoy the beach all day was just the R&R my family needed. My daughter made friends at the pool and never bored. We enjoyed the boogie board.. she is quite the surfer and it was nice to have all beach chairs and umbrella. We liked the location and it was only 4 miles to publix and starbucks. We went to south beach grill next door and that was very tasty and there was a small market and dining options all around. But the best thing was that view! Thank you Jane and for your follow up ! I am in the hospitality business and you truly embody that spirit of service! Thank you!

We absolutely loved this condo. We had everything we needed. It even has a veggie peeler that I used on my cucumbers that we brought from home!! We also got to meet Barbara in person! Love when we get to meet the owners! The condo is very clean and has everything you need. It is a smaller condo, but as a family of 3, we had no problems with the size. We can't wait to come back!!

A little piece of heaven

We absolutely loved this unit. It was light years ahead of the last one we rented there. This will be our go to unit. A perfect corner room. (Unit 401)

The condo was very clean upon arrival. (Kudos to Barbara and her cleaning team). The labeling and guides left were SUCH a help. I had zero questions as everything was answered for me. Loved the labels and the books. Perfect for a type A personality such as myself. The bed was comfortable. The view was great. The decor was wonderful. And as usual Jane made the entire process seamless and simple.

You've got yourselves regular guests moving forward. We will be back again soon.

Valentine's, Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day weekend have special holiday rates with a 3 day minimum. Cleaning fee per booking is $60 for daily and weekly visits and $75 for monthly visits. 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation.
