John Kim

John Kim is HomeAway’s president, leading strategy and management for the world leader in holiday rentals, with direct oversight of the company's product, marketing and information technology organisations. Prior to joining HomeAway in 2016, Kim served as chief product officer for Expedia, where he led the company's global product development efforts for Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity, Wotif, AirAsiaGo brands, and end-to-end hotel, air, car, and activities supplier systems.

Kim is a seasoned and accomplished product and marketing executive with over 20 years of digital media expertise. During his career, he has held executive positions at Expedia, Pelago, Medio, Yahoo!, Accenture and Bank of America.

Kim holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a master's degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Kristen Nolte
SVP, Brand & Integrated Marketing

Kristen Nolte has spent the past 20 years building innovative ways to advertise to customers by bringing content-rich experiences to life. She started her career in the technology industry at Dell and Sun Microsystems, then later married her passion for marketing with her insatiable desire to travel, and has never looked back! Nolte is the senior vice president of Brand and Integrated Marketing at HomeAway and previously was the CMO of Exclusive Resorts.

Nolte’s marketing teams have garnered awards across the industry, including the Integrated Marketer, the HSMAI Adrian, the ECHO, a CLIO, and Oracle’s Markie Award. Nolte believes in the transformative power of travel and its ability to expand human understanding and tolerance. She’s been fortunate enough to have lived in some interesting places - including Denver, CO, and Amsterdam, NL - but she’s happy to be back home in Austin to watch the Longhorns at her alma mater, the University of Texas.

The event will take place at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London, United Kingdom.
All owners and property managers with at least one live listing on HomeAway websites are welcome to attend. Customers who have used the website for at least one year will get the most out of this event.
All presentations and materials will be delivered in English. A limited number of multi-lingual staff may be available on the day, subject to availability.
Tickets cost £75/person excl. VAT.
Yes, each person attending the HomeAway London Summit must purchase their own ticket, to cover catering and administration costs.
The London Partner Summit is a great opportunity to learn about the latest updates from HomeAway, meet the team and network with other holiday rental owners and managers from across Europe. Registration includes breakfast, lunch and cocktail hour.
Registration does not include travel or accommodation.
Registration is limited to a maximum of 500 tickets. There will also be staff from multiple HomeAway teams in attendance.
As the temperature may vary between different meeting rooms, we recommend that you dress comfortably and in layers.
To make the most of the sessions, you should bring note-taking equipment, such as a laptop, smartphone or tablet device. You may wish to bring business cards for networking with other partners.
All bags will be checked upon arrival by the Wembley Security Team. We recommend arriving from 08:00 (GMT) to allow enough time.
Attendees are not permitted to record video or audio of the event. An official videographer and photographer will be on hand during the day to capture the most important moments.
