Let me start by saying, if you've booked to stay here then don't worry, you'll love it. Having been to Disney previously and always stayed in a Disney report we thought this time we would spend the last 2 weeks at a villa. Like anyone we were a little apprehensive as to what it would be like, after all, the photos don't always tell the full story. Nicola responded quickly and suppled all the details as she said she would, a very easy process. We needn't have worried, what a wonderful villa and location. It felt like you were walking in to a home rather than a rental. Nothing beats coming back at the end of a long day and just relaxing over a game of pool, or just watching the baseball (There's always baseball on). If you have young children then there is a pool screen to separate the patio from the water, but if not needed then this is easily removed. A wonderful BBQ to make use of. We couldn't fault the villa at all and found being there so relaxing. You felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, whilst at the same time not feeling deserted. My wife and daughter paid a visited to the clubhouse and used the pool and gym there one morning. They were very happy with the facilities, me, I just sat round the villa pool reading a book. There is a Publix supermarket about 5 min drive and a Walmart about 10-15 mins away, and this is also where you'll find a lot of the restaurants. We found during the day the parks were about 20 minute drive away. I would happily book to go back and stay here without a doubt. We would like to say thank you to Nicola for making the holiday that extra bit special.

We have vacationed in the Orlando area for a few years now and have a good idea of the quality of villas available. Watersong itself is beautiful. It is peaceful, well looked after and a pleasure to stay there. Our villa this year on Orange Cosmos Boulevard was lovely but it lacked a few items such as a supply of pool towels, pool toys, etc. That in itself isn't a problem - Target and Publix are close by and everything is easily available but it would have been very much appreciated to have them already at the villa rather than having to purchase them. We have previously stayed in another Watersong villa which felt like home from home however the villa under review here, having most things you will need, certainly doesn't have the "homely" touches. There was only a very brief instruction manual available in the villa, no tips on restaurants, parks, nearby attractions. The beds were comfortable but the bedding felt somewhat well worn, something that was noted, particularly as the villa rental cost was relatively high. The TV, although large, doesn't have access to Netflix, etc. We had to connect laptops to view. The pool beds didn't include padded cushions. We had a couple of problems with the pool and the waste disposal unit. Nothing major and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the management company. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay here - the large pool area was wonderful. We had reservations beforehand as it was north facing and we questioned how much sun we might get but it actually meant we had all day sun by the pool and plenty of shade to enjoy lunch at the outside table.
