All was as described. the home is actually even nicer than it appears in the photos. the main living area was spacious and comfortable with great ventilation with doors open and great HVAC with doors closed. If you are looking for a nice home rented to you by nice people, Mark was great, this is for you. We were in town for the national field hockey festival, which was 5-10 minutes away at Empire Polo. My wife and I were able to run up the street from the house 2 minutes and be on a great trail network into the desert. Great trail runs up a long ridge line to an oasis, along the flats then up the "risky trail"(so labeled on the trail sign) for a great view east over lake Cochelo(sp.?) Could not have been better, Thanks Mark
